What is Farm with Kissan QR Code Scan Play And Win Gaming Contest?

Kissan QR Code Farm with Kissan scan, play and win Gaming Contest is organized by Hindustan Unilever Limited. Eligible individuals (defined below) may enter start from 27th February 2024 to 31st January 2025. This Contest is open to Indian citizens only. Scan the QR code printed on the pack of Kissan Jams & Kissan Ketchup+ . Selected winner under either Route 1 or Route 2 to every month wins a fully paid 1 day trip to Nashik, Sahyadri Farms and the winner can be accompanied by his/her spouse and maximum of 2 kids(if married).

Eligibility of Kissan QR Code Scan Play & Win Contest

** This Contest is open to Indian citizens only (each “Entrant”) must be:
(i) at least eighteen (18) years of age and capable of understanding these terms and conditions
(ii) should reside in India [Employees of HUL, and businesses/organizations/ subsidiaries/affiliates of HUL (all as determined by HUL in its sole discretion) are not eligible to participate in the Contest]

** Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, of HUL or any of their respective corporate partners, parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors in interest, and advertising, promotion, and public relations agencies, (collectively, the “Related Parties”) and any family member or member of the same household (whether related or not related) of any such persons are not eligible to participate or receive a Prize in this Contest. For purposes of this Contest, the term “family members” defined as any spouse, parent, legal guardian, child, sibling, grandparent, grandchild, or in-law.

How To Participate in the Kissan QR Code Contest?

** Entrants can participate in the game via 2 routes:
for the Contest through two routes as detailed below:
Route 1 : Scan the QR code printed on the pack of Kissan Jams & Kissan Ketchup+ .
Route 2 : Click the QR code on creative/image/visual/etc. promoted by Kissan Jams / Ketchups

** Further, upon reaching the aforementioned Site or any of its sub-domains/pages which host the Game(s).
Note : Number of games available on the aforementioned Site or any of its sub-domains/pages is upto the sole discretion of HUL.
** Entries to the Contest must be submitted and received by HUL during the Entry Period through the AR game and all participation must be in strict accordance with the instructions and restrictions on the app and in these Terms.

** For purposes of this Contest, only Entries that are actually received and recorded through the app on the related servers during the Entry Period will be considered. Other proof of submitting or attempting to submit an Entry (such as, without limitation, a printed, saved or copied automated receipt confirming entry does not constitute proof of actual receipt of the Entry for purposes of this Contest.

Winners Selection of Kissan QR Code Contest

The selection of the winners is completely dependent on the scores achieved while performing in the Contest and will be as:
** Cumulatively for Participants via Route 1 & Route 2: Every Month top winner (only one winner) will be chosen on the basis of the scores achieved in the gaming. The contest is a skill-based activity and selection of winner is basis the scores achieved and there is no element of lucky draw/draw of lots or any other random method, for selection of the winners.

** If a participant has been declared as a winner once (during the contest period) for the game via route 1 or route 2 (detailed below), the same participant will not be declared a winner ever again for any of the game(s) during the contest period.

Prize of Kissan QR Code Scan Play & Win Contest

** Selected winner under either Route 1 or Route 2 to every month wins a fully paid 1 day trip to Nashik, Sahyadri Farms and the winner can be accompanied by his/her spouse and maximum of 2 kids(if married). The onus of proving the relationship with the spouse and kids will be on the winner and he/she agrees to produce relevant evidence to prove the same.

** By clicking on a consent, the selected winner(s) agree to share their identity proof for cross verification and any deviation in the same will give HUL the rights to disqualify the participant from playing again.

The winner [VM3] [TD4] under either Route 1 or Route 2 every month will be eligible for the following[VM5] :
** Selected winner wins a fully paid 1 day trip to and stay at Sahyadri Farms, Nashik and can be accompanied by his/her spouse and maximum of kids. The onus of proving the relationship with the spouse and kids will be on the winner and he/she agrees to produce relevant evidence to prove the same.

** Fully paid trip to Sahyadri Farm Nashik covers – flight tickets / train ticket (depending on connectivity and fare prices) to and fro, free of cost stay at Sahyadri farms pre-booked by HUL including breakfast, lunch and dinner [VM6] on the day of the visit at Sahyadri farms for the selected winner, his/her spouse and kids. Any expenses beyond this has to be incurred by winner him/herself.

** Winner is fully responsible for the expenses, if any entailed on medical emergency, if any, for himself/herself, his/her spouse and kids during the travel and stay. HUL and/or Sahyadri Farms shall not be responsible for the same.
** Pets are not allowed

** HUL will decide a date at the end of the contest period for this visit and inform winner via email (via same email address shared while playing game) and in case winner misses to check email or doesn’t respond [VM7] within 48 hours, HUL will not be responsible for arranging another trip or any compensation whatsoever.
