“STAR SUVARNA – DIGITAL CONTEST ON BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS OF PUNEETH RAJKUMAR” will be hosted by Star India Private Limited on the Star Suvarna Facebook page on Facebook & on the Instagram profile of Star Suvarna on Instagram to celebrate the Birthday of renowned actor Puneeth Rajkumar. The Participant(s) interested in participating in the Contest must be Resident of Karnataka State. The Contest shall be conducted for 5 (five) days from March 13, 2024 to March 17, 2024.

Eligibility of Birthday Celebrations Of Puneeth Rajkumar Contest

The Participant(s) interested in participating in the Contest must be
1. Citizen of India,
2. 18 years (eighteen) and above years
3. Resident of Karnataka State
4. The Participant(s) should not have been previously convicted of any criminal offense or must not be a party to an arrangement or a contract that prevents them from participating in the Contest.

5. The Employees of the SIP, the Production Houses of the programs of Star Suvarna and other channels of SIPL, the advertising agency or any other agency or third-party vendor which has been appointed from time to time, and also employees of the main sponsors of the programs/films of Star Suvarna and other channels of SIPL and members of their immediate family, are not eligible to participate in the Contest

How to Participate in the Birthday Celebrations Of Puneeth Rajkumar Contest?

1. SIPL will announce the Contest on the Platform.

2. The Contest shall be conducted for 5 (five) days ie.,from March 13, 2024 to March 17, 2024 at 10:00 AM to 12 PM Indian Standard Time (“IST”) on each day (“Contest Period”) on the Platform. For sake of clarity, the Contest Period shall consist of only five (5) days and there will be total 5 (five) questions during the Contest Period.

3. The Contest shall comprise of total five (5) questions and each question with two answer options on each day during the Contest Period (“Question/s”). The Questions will be related to Mr. Puneeth Rajkumar and the film enacted by him. Each Question will be posted on the Platform at 10:00 AM (IST) on each day during the Contest Period. It is clarified that the Questions shall be posted/exhibited on a graphical slate on the Platform.

4. All persons interested in participating and /or Participants shall be mandatorily required to do the following during the Contest Period
** Log in to the respective Platform using his/her Facebook and /or Instagram account/credentials. For the purpose of participating in this Contest, it is mandatory that the interested Participant (s) mandatorily have a valid Facebook account or Instagram account and must be residing in Karnataka during the Period of the Contest.

** Follow the Star Suvarna Handle and /or page on the respective Platform
** After opening the Star Suvarna Handle and /or page on the respective Platform, the Participant will find the Question posted on graphical slate at 10 AM (IST) on each day of the Contest Period.

** To participate in the Contest and to be eligible for the Gratification, the interested Participant(s) shall be required to correctly answer the Question appeared on graphical slate of the respective Platform, by entering the correct answer option in the comments. The Participants have to share the answer within 2 (two) hours from the time the Question is posted ie., till 12 PM on each day of the Contest Period.

5. The Participants may send as many Entries as they desire for each Question on each day during the Contest Period but the Entry received before the close of the Answer Timeline ie., 12:00 PM of each day, shall be considered valid for the Contest. Participant(s) agrees and understands that submission of more than one Entry shall not result in a higher chance for the Participant(s) to win the Gratification. Participant agrees to not spam and post the same Answer multiple times.

Winner Selection & Gratification of Puneeth Rajkumar Birthday Contest

** During the Contest Period and for the Questions asked during Contest Period on the Platform and on the basis of the Participant (s) having made a valid Entry/ies and correct Answer(s) within the Answer Timelines, to the Question/s triggered on the Platform, SIPL will select one (1) winner (“Winner”) for each Question on each day on the first come first based on the time stamp in the respective Platform.

** Thus, there will be total five (5) Winners for the entire Contest. Each Winner shall be entitled to a gratification of one T-shirt (with Star Suvarn brand/logo) of the value which does not exceed Rs. 380 /-(Rupees Three Hundred Eighty only) (“Gratification”).

** It is further clarified that SIPL shall at its sole discretion select the Winners based on the criterion (randomizer) mentioned herein.
