What is Too Yumm! Find Your Too Contest?

This “Find Your Too” UGC Contest is brought to you by Guiltfree Industries Limited. Please read these terms and conditions before entering the Contest. The Participant(s) interested in participating in the Contest should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India. To be eligible for entry, participants must use the official audio featured in the contest announcement video when uploading their submissions on Instagram. Last Date of Contest is 20th March 2024.

Eligibility of Find Your Too Contest

** You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India
(b) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest
(c) You should have a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of Aadhar Card / PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport.

** Employees of Guiltfree Industries Limited, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and advisors, and advertising / contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

How To Enter for Find Your Too Contest?

1. This Contest will be available from 9th March 2024 from 12:00:00 AM (IST) to 20th March 2024 11:59:59 PM (IST) only (“Contest Period”).

2. To enter, you must, during the Contest Period:
(a) Create a video performing the hook step on Too Yumm’s Marvel Anthem – Hero Ko Jagao
(b) Upload the video on your Instagram feed and tag @tooyumm with #FindYourToo and #TooNahiTohKuchNahi
(c) To be eligible for entry, participants must use the official audio featured in the contest announcement video when uploading their submissions on Instagram.

Winners will get exciting prizes from Too Yumm! If you are eligible to win a Prize, you will also be required to prove your age, failing which, you will be disqualified from the Contest and will not be eligible to receive a Prize.

Prize Drawing of Find Your Too Contest

** The Company will notify the participants, eligible to claim the Prize, by e-mail / SMS following after the contest end date (“Notification Date”).

** By agreeing to participate and enter into this Contest, you agree that you have a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of Aadhar /PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport and you may be required to share the said documents with the Company as and when requested.

** You will automatically forfeit your claim to the Prize if you do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs.

** Further, if selected and eligible, you will need to claim the Prize within 7 days from the Notification Date, failing which, you will deem to have forfeited the Prize. The procedure of claiming the Prize will be as instructed by the Company wherein you may be required to visit appropriate web-links and provide requisite details.

** Each Prize will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
