What is FirstCry Stylish Kid Contest?

Stylish Kid Contest 2024 is organized by Parenting FirstCry.com. This Contest will be open to all registered account holders subject to the applicable terms and conditions of FirstCry.com, or otherwise. Post Dashing Photos of your Kid to Win Exciting Prizes Worth ₹2000*. The Winners for this contest will not be selected based on the likes and comments received. Participant must supply full details as required, and comply with all rules to be eligible to be shortlisted. Last Date of Contest is 20th March 2024.

Eligibility of Stylish Kid Contest

** This Contest will be open to all registered account holders (“Participant”) subject to the applicable terms and conditions of FirstCry.com, or otherwise. This contest is open to Indian residents only.

** Employees, officers and directors of FirstCry.com and its agencies, affiliates, their immediate family members (Parents, spouse, siblings and children) and persons living in the same household of such employees/ officers/directors, are not eligible to participate.

Guidelines of Stylish Kid Contest

a. Entries must be made in the manner and by the closing date specified. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry.

b. Schedule – The FirstCry Stylish Kid Contest, will be held from 15th to 20th March 2024. Results for the Contest will be announced on 25th March 2024. FirstCry.com reserves the right to extend the Contest deadline at its discretion. If there is a revision, the revised date will be published on the same campaign landing page and all further days for winners will be postponed accordingly.

c. Participant must supply full details as required, and comply with all rules to be eligible to be shortlisted. FirstCry.com shall not be held responsible for ineligible Entries or Entries fraudulently made by the Participant. Proof of age or eligibility is required.

Step 3 – Select the ‘Stylish Kid Contest’ in the ‘Participating In’ drop down
Prizes – 4 Lucky Winners will Win FirstCry Voucher worth ₹2000.

Please Note – The contests results are not based on the Leaderboard. The contest will be judged by an internal panel of judges identified by FirstCry.com. 4 Lucky Winners will be selected by this panel.

Selection Criteria of Stylish Kid Contest

The contest will be judged by an internal panel of judges identified by FirstCry.com.4 Lucky Winners will be selected by this panel from the entries. This panel’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and binding, and no correspondence or discussions shall be entered into.

The results for the contests are not based on likes and comments received. The results are selected randomly, from the the users who Followed the steps correctly.

Prizes of Stylish Kid Contest

a. Based on the Decision of the Judges, 4 Lucky Winners will be selected.
4 Lucky Winners will get FirstCry Voucher Worth ₹500 each,
All taxes will be borne by the Winner.

** The Winners shall be receive the Gift Vouchers within 30 working days from the result date via email provided by the Participant and shall be informed accordingly. The email sent by Firstcry.com shall have instructions on the further process required to be adhered to by the Winner(s).

In the event the Winner(s) fails to adhere to the instructions, that Winner’s selection shall be invalidated and FirstCry.com shall not be liable to that Winner(s) in any manner whatsoever and may, at its sole discretion, select another Winner(s).

**Contest organizers shall make a total of 2 (two) attempts to contact the Winner as mentioned above. In the event that the selected Winner cannot be reasonably contacted within 15 days from the date of announcement of the Winner, he/she will be disqualified and will not be entitled to any compensation notwithstanding non-receipt of notification hereunder and intimation of selection of an alternative winner by FirstCry.com.

**In order to be fair to all the users, a user cannot win Vouchers more than worth ₹3,000 within a span of 2 Months. In cases where the user wins the vouchers worth Rs. 3,000 in span of 2 months, the user will not be eligible to win any contests for a span of next 3 months.

General Rules of Stylish Kid Contest

a. By registering for the event, the Participant agrees to receive any communications in relation to herein in accordance with the applicable law.
b. For an on-going contest, till the time the contest isn’t over and results haven’t been declared, the Participant cannot hide their memories nor can make the entries private as it will result in disqualification. The settings of the memories should be public.
c. The Winners cannot delete the photos which are declared as winner. In case they delete it within span of 3 months, they will be disqualified.
d. Winning entries are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or payment of accounts and may be subject to availability.

e. The Winners of the Contest cannot hide / delete / make the winning entry private. The winning entries need to be present on the Winner section of the Contests for at least 3 months from the day the results are announced. If not adhered to the rules, the Winner’s claim to vouchers/prizes will stand cancelled and if the Winner has already been provided the voucher he/she will be disqualified from all the contests for the next 3 months.

f. Firstcry.com, at any given point of time, reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant or Winner without assigning any reason or giving any prior notification, if the Participant or Winner is found to have breached any Terms and Conditions set out herein or if involved in any fraudulent or unethical practises or transactions on Firstcry.com.

g. Kindly note that at no given point of time, any intimation for disqualification would be sent out by Firstcry.com via mail/SMS/ Call etc.
h. Winner agrees to cooperate with FirstCry.com in fulfilling any legal obligation, if applicable.

i. The Winners will be required to furnish valid, government-issued photo identification and other documentation as required. If these documents are not furnished within the time specified, or if notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if the potential Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, an alternate Winner will be selected.
