What is Vivo Be The Pro Contest?

The “BE THE PRO CONTEST” is being organized by “Vivo India Tamil Nadu” which is the official authorized Facebook page of M/s, Fangs Technology Pvt. Ltd. Hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”. The main objective of this contest is to highlight the V30 and V30 pro models in the TN market. The contestant should be an Indian citizen residing in Tamil Nadu and the Contestant should be above the age of 18 years old. Last Date of Contest is 31st March 2024.

Eligibility of Be The Pro Contest

** The contestant should be an Indian citizen residing in Tamil Nadu and the Contestant should be above the age of 18 years old. The contestant necessarily needs to be a customer who purchases the vivo mobile, from the Organizer’s authorized Retail mobile stores.

** The above contest is being conducted only through the Official Facebook and Instagram Page and website of the Organizer i.e., M/s, Fangs Technology Pvt. Ltd.,
** This contest is valid for a Limited period only commencing from 14-03-2024 to 31-03- 2024.

** Contestants who pre-book the vivo V30 or V30 Pro mobile between 7-03-2024 to 14- 03-2024 and those who purchase the same between 14-03-2024 and 31-03-2024 will be eligible to participate in the contest and who are willing to participate in this contest must “Like” and “Follow” the FTPL official social media page which is #vivoindiatamilnadu in order to get eligible to participate and win the gifts.

** If the contestant failsto Like and Follow the #vivoindiatamilnadu Facebook page, then the contestant even if they get selected in the BE THE PRO CONTEST will not be eligible for winning the gifts.
** In order to be eligible for winning the gifts, the contestant must share these “BE THE PRO CONSUMER CONTEST” details in their personal Facebook profile/page.
** If the contestant fails to share this contest details in their personal Facebook profile, in such case, even if the customer gets selected in the BE THE PRO CONTEST will not be eligible to win the gifts.
** The Contestant irrevocably agrees and grants permission to the organizer to use the customer data, photos, and other customer images for any product marketing and promotion-based advertisement in any form of social media.

How to Participate in the Be The Pro Contest?

Contest Procedure:
Once the contestant/customer purchased the VIVO mobile phone, the customer will be guided by the Vivo VBA present in the stores to scan the QR Code present in the POSM, or the Vivo VBA can show the QR Code from his/her mobile to the customer, Once the customer scans the QR Code, it will be redirected to a web page, where it will be asking a few basic inputs about the customers as mentioned below:

V. Shop name
VI. Mobile Purchased
VII. Pre-book code
VIII. IMEI Number
IX. V30 specification (5 questions)

1. Does the vivo v30 Series have a studio-quality Aura light?

2. Does the vivo V30 Series have an Andaman blue color?
a. Yes b. No
3. Does the vivo V30 have a Zeiss camera?
a. Yes b. No
4. Does the vivo V30 PRO have different Zeiss-style portraits?

5. Does the vivo V30 PRO have Three 50 MP cameras?

** On submission of the above documents by the contestant, the contestant is required to read and accept the terms and conditions that show up, and when the contestant selects the check box (I agree to the Terms & Conditions) and clicks on the submit button.

** The Submit button will move to the “Scratch Card” part, and when the contestant Scratch the card, if the contestant is lucky, he/She will win a prize/gift, and if he is unlucky, he will not win a gift.

Terms & Conditions of Be The Pro Contest

** The Prizes are as stated, and are not transferable to other individuals and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
** Any imposition of taxes, fees, and any other costs associated with the acceptance and use of the Prize is the sole responsibility of the prize winner. (Gift tax)
** Once the winner is selected through the BE THE PRO contest, the winners will be informed to collect the gift within three [3] working days from the date of the winner announcement in the same shop where they purchased the mobile

** During the time of gift submission, the winner’s mobile phone will be verified by the organizer’s sales team, and Marketing manager, whether the IMEI number in the mobile of the customer matches the entries data provided, the winner’s bill details will be verified and the winner will share their proof along with a picture/scanned copy of their Self attested address proof and Id Proof issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu.

** Any participants who don’t have valid proof of the IMEI number and their purchase verification will not be eligible to claim the gifts from the organizer.
** If the winner fails to collect the gifts within 3 days from the date of information then the winner cannot claim the gift and the gift will be forfeited by the organizer with or without prior information.

** The participation in the contest shall be deemed sufficient approval of the contestant’s agreement to the terms and conditions mentioned hereof. By participating in this contest, contestants give their respective implied consent that they agree that their name and photo may appear in any advertisements/promotions of the organizer. i.e., vivo India Tamil Nadu (M/s Fangs Technology Pvt Ltd.)

** Contestant agrees that the organizer shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this contest or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize whatsoever.

** Vivo India Tamil Nadu (M/s, Fangs Technology Pvt. Ltd.) reserves all the rights to change the prizes/gratification for the winners of the contest. In case of any changes, winners may / or may not be informed.
