The user should upload a minimum of 3 videos during the campaign period. The deadline for participants to submit their videos is within the specified time period, which is the day before the match day, before 12 Noon. The duration of the contest is from 19th March 2024 till the semifinals match.

How to Enter/Participate in the CSK Free Tickets Contest?

1. The user should upload a minimum of 3 videos during the campaign period, with each video having a duration of 20 seconds to 60 seconds.

What is Prize and How to win :
2. Each winner gets Two match Tickets.
3. Valid video submissions require participants to upload videos with hashtags according to campaign guidelines (using the designated hashtag “#minminicsk”). Validation may consider factors such as content relevance, quality, and duration.
4. Participants must ensure that their video submissions are original works created by them, without infringing on any copyrights.
5. The deadline for participants to submit their videos is within the specified time period, which is the day before the match day, before 12 Noon.

How winners shall be notified :
Winners may be notified through the Minmini app or via their mobile number. Winners must respond within a specified time to claim their free ticket.

Contest Duration:
1. The duration of the contest is from 19th March 2024 till the semifinals match. Both Semifinals & Finals are not included in the Contest.
2. Winner/(s) List will be published in Minmini App & announcement of results through official minmini handles prior to the Match day.

Eligibility of CSK Free Tickets Contest

1. The Competition is open to all Users of the App, irrespective of place of residence.
2. Users of any age are eligible to participate.
3. As a minor (person under the age of 18 years), if you wish to participate, you shall do so with parental/guardian’s knowledge and guidance.
4. If a Winner is under the age of 18, the parent/guardian of the Winner shall need to give explicit consent in a manner as required by Minmini.
5. Eligibility requirements include an Account on Minmini, a Username, and a contact number.
6. Participation in the contest is purely voluntary.
7. Minmini shall not charge any amount for participation in the contest and the sole criteria for participation and winning shall be in the manner as stipulated herein.
8. Employees of Minmini & organizations related directly to the contest are excluded from entering the Contest.

Terms & Conditions CSK Free Tickets Contest

1. This contest shall be governed by these general terms and conditions.
2. Each participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these terms and by their participation in the contest, each participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. Mere participation should not be perceived as any commitment on the part of Minmini to select a participant as the Winner.
4. Nothing herein shall amount to any commitment by Minmini to conduct further, similar, or other contests in the future.
5. Minmini shall have the absolute and sole discretion to determine whether any participant should be disqualified by reason of failure to abide by these terms and conditions, bad faith, fraud, or other legitimate reason.

6. Minmini reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and any other rules and regulations of this contest, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at its sole discretion without any liability.

7. In addition to these terms & conditions, other specific terms may be imposed by Minmini from time to time to deal with any unforeseen situation.
8. There is no cash alternative to the stated prizes. The prizes are non-substitutable, nontransferable and non-refundable.

9. The Prize (and/or tickets) is for the sole use of the Winner only and SHALL NOT be offered for sale, auctioned, exchanged, sold, or transferred, whether in a commercial or promotional context (such as, without limitation, as a prize in a lottery or competition or as part of an advertising or promotional campaign) or otherwise, with or without consideration to any other person.

10. Subject to applicable laws, Minmini SHALL NOT be liable in any manner whatsoever for any claims, losses, damage, costs, or expenses [including indirect, special, or consequential costs, expense, loss, or damage even if such costs, expenses, loss or damage or physical/mental injuries or loss of life or medical expenses in connection to the contest, prize, participant, and Minmini in connection with or arising from this contest and the redemption or use of the prizes.

11. Posts submitted/uploaded in participation are to follow the Terms of Use and the Community Guidelines of Minmini and Minmini retains the sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.
12. Minmini may extend or terminate or suspend the contest at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
