What is SPJIMR Social Impact Awards?
SPJIMR’s DoCC organises the Social Impact Awards (SIA) to recognise social enterprises and organisations for their exceptional contributions to society across six award categories: Agriculture and Livelihood, Women Empowerment, Sustainability, Health, Nutrition, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), and Education & Skill Development. Since its launch in 2006, SIA has grown to include experts from various sectors who evaluate participants’ impact. It has since expanded in scope, bringing together thought leaders from the corporate, academic, and social sectors to assess the impact of participating organisations. Last Date of Contest is 15th April 2024.

How to Participate in the Social Impact Awards?
Step I: Register your organisation using a valid email address
Step II: DoCC will email you the application form to the registered email address
Step III: Complete the application form with all details
Step IV: E-mail the application form to sia[AT]spjimr.org

Process & Timeline of Social Impact Awards
Step I : Call for Entries
Organisations across India fill the application form to nominate themselves for participation.
Step II : Due Diligence
DoCC screens the application, conducts due diligence and selects the qualifying entries.
Step III : Shortlisting of Organisations
Qualifying nominations are evaluated online by a panel of experts which selects best organisations from each sector award
Step IV : Jury Round
Jury members select 1 winner from each award category
Step 5 : Award Ceremony
Winners are felicitated in an award function attended by members from the industry, academia, corporate and social sector
