What is Taco X Poco Contest?

Taco X Poco Contest 2024 is organized by Burman Hospitality Private Limited in India and Poco Mobile wherein consumer can participate voluntarily, by their own free choice by purchasing from any Taco Bell store in India, except the state of Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry subject to all applicable central and state laws and regulations of India and get a chance to win POCO X6 Pro Smartphones. The Contest is open for citizens of India only, over 18 years of age subject to applicable laws. The Contest starts on 11th April 2024 and ends on 30th April 2024.

Eligibility of Taco X Poco Contest

** The Contest is open for citizens of India only, over 18 years of age subject to applicable laws.
** The Contest starts on April 11, 2024 and ends on April 30, 2024 (both dates inclusive) as per Taco Bell store operational hours.
** This Contest will be open to all citizens of India with the exception of Taco Bell and Poco’s employees and their families, Taco Bell and Poco’s agents, distributors, retailers, and other channel partners (including their employees).

How to Enter for Taco X Poco Contest?

** The contest is only valid for Dine In or Take Away customer transactions IN TACO BELL STORES ONLY. Any orders placed through Food Aggregators or Taco Bell App or any other online platform WILL NOT be eligible for the contest and the Prize.

** The Customer has to make a valid transaction at a Taco Bell Store (Minimum Order Value of Rs 59) to be auto-enrolled into the contest and get a chance to win Poco X6 Pro Smartphones.

** By participating in this Contest, each participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these terms and conditions and by their participation in the Contest, each participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions. Mere participation should not be perceived as any commitment on the part of Taco Bell and/or Poco to select a participant as the winner.

Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Taco Bell and/or Poco to conduct further, similar, or other contests in the future. By participating in this Contest, the participants also agree and confirm that they are legally eligible to participate in this Contest and are of such legally permissible age.

** Incomplete information provided or failure to provide true and accurate information as specified by Taco Bell and Poco, failure to submit proof of identification and/or original confirmation number will automatically disqualify a participant.

** Taco Bell and Poco shall have the absolute and sole discretion to determine whether any participant should be disqualified or excluded from this Contest, by reason of failure to abide by these terms and conditions, bad faith, fraud, or any other reason, at any given point in time.

** The decision of Taco Bell and Poco with respect to such disqualification will be deemed as final and no correspondence will be entertained by Taco Bell and/or Poco. No intimation shall be sent to the customers who are disqualified and/or not amongst the winners.

Winner Selection of Taco X Poco Contest

** Taco Bell and Poco hold the right and sole discretion with respect to publishing or notifying the names of the winners through any medium/channel. Subject to the above right, Taco Bell intends to announce/select 25 lucky winners every 5 days in the following manner:
a.) First Winner Announcement (Contest duration: April 18, 2024 to April 24, 2024): Winner announcement is proposed to be on April 29, 2024;
b.) Second Winner Announcement (Contest duration: April 25, 2024 to May 01, 2024): Winner announcement is proposed to be on May 6, 2024 and
c.) Third Winner Announcement (Contest duration: May 02, 2024 to May 07, 2024): Winner announcement is proposed to be on May 13, 2024

** Please note that the above timeline is an indicative timeline and is subject to change. Taco Bell and Poco at their sole discretion may either hand over the prize at the store of participation of the winning customer or deliver the prize to the winning customer to the address provided by the winning customer.

** Taco Bell and Poco may communicate with the winning customers either by phone call on their registered mobile number or by sending e-mail at the registered e-mail id of the customer available with Taco Bell, or any other manner as may be decided by Taco Bell and Poco.

** Taco Bell and Poco shall not be held liable if the winning customer(s) do not receive the information or prize due to the incorrect mobile number/delivery address/e-mail id or any other incorrect information provided by the participant.

** If the winner is contacted, among other things, he/she would be required to verify his/her credentials by showing a valid Government photo identity proof (e.g. Driver’s license, Voter ID card, Passport, Aadhar card, PAN card, or Ration card), at the time of the delivery/collection of the prize.

** Maximum one entry is allowed from one valid mobile number per day. Taco Bell and Poco may allow participants to make entries again by transacting on consecutive days. Multiple entries are not allowed on a single day. Participants take full responsibility for the entries they share.

** All winners will receive their respective POCO X6 Pro by a maximum of June 15, 2024. However, in the event of any delay due to unforeseen circumstances, all winners will be informed about revised timelines.
** All participants, including entrants and winners, will not have any claim against Taco Bell and/or Poco or its affiliates regarding any matter connected with this Contest.
** All participants, including entrants and winners, expressly waive any and all rights of claim against Taco Bell and/or Poco regarding the Contest, prize, declaration of the winner, or the T&Cs hereof.
