What is JioNews T20 Cricket League Contest?

T20 Cricket League Contest 2024 is organized by JioNews. The Contest is open to all people who are JML’s JioNews Application authenticated users, being citizens of India and above 18 years of age. The contest will be running only on JioNews app and promotion on FB, IG and X. There is no entry fee or charges applicable for participating in the Contest. The Contest starts on 22nd May 2024 and closes on 29th May 2024.

Eligibility of T20 Cricket League Contest

The Contest is open to all people who are JML’s JioNews Application (“App”) authenticated users, being citizens of India and above 18 years of age (“Participant(s)”). This Contest is brought to You by JioNews (‘Sponsor’) with App. These terms and conditions contained herein govern the terms of Your participation in the Contest.

Step 3: Answer a simple question on JioNews App.
Step 4: Verification of the winner by JioNews

Prizes of T20 Cricket League Contest

Winner will be declared for every question posted by JioNews, and will win a gift as decided by JioNews in its sole discretion.

Terms & Conditions of T20 Cricket League Contest

Participants entering the said Contest shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
1. This Contest is free. You need not buy any good(s) and/or article(s) or make any payment in cash or kind for participating in this Contest.

2. There is no entry fee or charges applicable for participating in the Contest. However, the Participant shall have to pay their respective access provider/internet service providers, the applicable charges for accessing the internet to access content on App and/or ‘X’ (formerly Twitter) content without any recourse to JioNews for such access charges.

3. The Contest starts on 22nd May 2024 12am and closes on 29th May 2024, 11.59 pm (“Contest Period”).
4. To be able to participate in this Contest, Participants must read and comply with the “How to Participate in the Contest” section of this terms and conditions.
5. A Participant is permitted to attempt only once every day during the Contest Period. Multiple entries will result in automatic disqualification of the Participant for the Contest during the relevant day of the Contest Period.
6. Notwithstanding anything stated in this terms and conditions if a Participant is once declared a winner, he shall not be declared a winner in the Contest again during the Contest Period.

7. Notwithstanding anything stated in this terms and conditions, if someone is shortlisted after completing the first 3 steps of ‘How to Participate in the Contest’, then JioNews shall be entitled to communicate with the said shortlisted Participant through their ‘X’ account including scrolling through the Participants ‘X’ page/account/profile, call the Participant to discuss, and assess to the genuine-ness of the Participant taking part in the Contest.

8. Unless otherwise provided in these terms and conditions, the winner from amongst the Participants will be announced by the independent panel of judges of this Contest and the details of the same shall be posted on the JioNews ‘X’, Instagram and Facebook page at the end of the contest.

9. The winner cannot (i) transfer the prize to someone else under any circumstances, (ii) exchange the prize or redeem the prize for cash, kind, or other prize.
10. This is a unique Contest run for the App by JioNews and has no relation to any other contest run by JML and/or Sponsor for any other application or subject.
11. In case of any queries, Participants may contact us on JioNews ‘X’ page.

12. If You fail to collect Your prize or you do not respond to JML’s communication or the prize cannot be delivered to You due to You providing JioNews with incorrect or incomplete or wrong information about You or the prize is refused by You, then You cease to be the winner and You also forfeit Your right to the prize.

13. JioNews shall reserve the right to use all data, material etc. received from Participants as part of this Contest as it may deem fit. The winner(s) will also be required to participate in promotional activities/events organized by the JioNews, as and when required at the discretion of JioNews.

14. The images of the prize(s) shown inside or outside the application are for representational purposes only. The actual prize may vary from the images shown.

15. JioNews shall in no way be liable for inability of the winner to use the winning gift. The winner shall additional be bound by the terms and conditions of use of winning gift, which shall also be binding on the winner over and above these terms and conditions of the Contest.

16. JioNews reserves the right to alter, modify or change any general terms and conditions herein or modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the Contest at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason. Any changes to the Contest will be notified to Participants as soon as possible on the ‘X’, ‘Facebook’ and ‘Instagram’ page of JioNews.

17. The Contest and the terms and conditions will be governed by Indian law and any disputes relating to the Contest and/or the terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
