What is CBSE India AI Impact Festival?

CBSE in collaboration with Intel is launching the India AI Impact Festival with an aim to foster AI readiness among students, educators and academic institutions, promoting innovation and problem-solving skills in an inclusive manner. Introducing the India AI Impact Festival, a unique national-level platform for next-gen technologists to showcase their AI/AIoT-enabled solutions, and for educators and institutions to share their best AI/AIoT skilling practices. Participants in each category will be recognized with participation certificates. Last Date of Contest is 10th May 2024.

Theme of India AI Impact Festival

With the theme “AI with a purpose,” the India AI Impact Festival 2024 will encourage solutions and best practices that use AI/AIoT, to positively impact underserved communities and foster inclusive growth,

Target Participants :
Entries are welcome from students, educators, and educational institutions under the following three categories:
I. Impact Creators: School students in the age group 11 to 18 years, with following sub-categories:
** Students of classes VI – VIII
** Students of classes IX – XII
** Youth in the 18 to 25 years age-group

II. Impact Shapers: Educators from academic/ technical institutions. This category includes teachers, ATL-in-charges and faculties from schools across India. All educators irrespective of the subject they teach, are welcome to participate in this category.

III. Impact Nurturers: For academic/ technical institutions. The Heads of schools/ institutions are encouraged to participate and share the AI journey of their institute in this category.

Who Can Participate in the India AI Impact Festival?

** Students and Youth can participate in the Impact Creators Category
** Educators & Teachers can participate in the Impact Shapers Category
** School, Educational, Vocational & Skilling Institutions can participate in the Impact Nurturers Category

How to Participate in the India AI Impact Festival?

Step 1 : Develop an AI/AIoT-enabled social impact solution/project
Step 2 : Submit the solution/ project as per the format available at https://aistudent.community/ along with a 2-minute video presenting the project details.

Step 1 : Develop a poster outlining the best practices implemented to enhance AI teaching-learning experiences using the format available at https://aifacilitator.community/
Step 2 : Submit the poster at https://aifacilitator.community/ along with a 2-minute video elaborating on your AI/AIoT experience.

Step 2 : Submit the poster at https://aifacilitator.community/ along with a 2-minute video detailing your AI/AIoT journey and its impact on students.
