Havells Cricket Reward Cashback Offer 2024 is organized by Havells India Limited. This offer can be availed by any Indian resident of 18 years of age or above. This Voucher entitles you to an assured cashback of Rs.100 and upto Rs.2000 subject to any applicable taxes. Prize Winners will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and to provide verification documents within 3 days of initial contact to be eligible for the Winner selection process. Only the purchases made between 01/04/2024 to 15/05/2024 will be considered for rewards.

Terms and Conditions for Cashback

1. This offer entitles the customers to receive cashback on their UPI or NEFT. The customers will be responsible for their choice of the cashback transfer method. The denomination of the cashback will be revealed post successful registration on the promotional website.

2. Any customer purchasing a promotional product and following the directions on the pack, shall be eligible to receive a voucher. The customer shall receive a cashback of an amount mentioned on the promotional website. (“Cashback/Voucher Amount”).

3. By redeeming the offer provided on the same, a participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Conditions”).
4. These Conditions apply to every person redeeming the offer (“Participant”) given by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd.. No claim shall lie for any redemption requests made after the expiry of the Offer Period.

5. Every Participant will be responsible for entering details such as UPI ID, Bank Account Number etc. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the promotion website. No change in details will be entertained once you have submitted the booking.

6. This offer can be availed by any Indian resident of 18 years of age or above.

7. Every Participant agrees that the details shared by Participant including name, mobile no. and other information (Data) is required for the purpose of participation in this offer.

Each Participant hereby expressly provides his/her consent to Premier Sales Promotions Private Limited and Havells India Limited along with its affliates to process and store Data in connection with the successful implementation of this Cashback offer/ scheme, including cross-border processing.

8. The Payment processing partner holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies. In the event of any fraud detection, the wallet partner reserves the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, and withdraw the Offer at any time during the Offer Period.

9. The Participant acknowledges that relevant state and central taxes may be deducted by the merchant while redeeming the discount offer and therefore, the amount reflected in the voucher may not be the same as the final redemption value received by the Participant.

10. In no event shall Premiere Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd or Havells India Ltd. be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the voucher including redemption requests not being honored by the payment processing partner.
11. In no event shall the maximum liability of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. and/or Havells India Ltd. exceed the value of the voucher as the case may be.
12. Participants can raise a complaint related to this offer at feedback[AT]bigcity.in or at customercare[AT]havells.com.
13. Any disputes or differences in connection with the offer shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at New Delhi.

14. The Payment processing partner reserves the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behavior or invalid details/credentials. The wallet partner/payment processing partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user’s identity.

15. This offer is subject to government regulations.

Winner Selection of Cricket Reward Cashback Offer

1. All entries except from TN will be collated at the end of the Campaign.
2. These entries will be sent to a third-party auditor for Winner selection
3. Once the winner selection is complete through random scientific selection, the third-party auditors will share the list of winners with BigCity.

4. The Winners of the Campaign will be contacted by the Campaign Partner or execution partner through calls, direct messages, WhatsApp, email, etc. By accepting these T&Cs you signify your consent to be contacted for this Campaign including for procuring additional information that may be required for delivering Prizes where applicable.

5. Prize Winners will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and to provide verification documents within 3 days of initial contact to be eligible for the Winner selection process. Prize Winners will be required to share the verification documents as provided below:
** Copy of PAN Card
** Aadhar Card and
** Passport
** DL/Voter ID Card
As proof for identification and verification purposes only

6. Shortlisted Participants will be confirmed as Winners subject to him/her satisfying the verification process and upon submission of all relevant documents to the Execution Partner. Havells and/or the Execution Partner shall not be responsible for any accident mishap or loss of the verification documents.

7. In the event that the Prize Winners do not respond to communications within 3 days of initial contact, the execution partner reserves the right to disqualify that Prize Winner, and the Prize will be forfeited or offered to another Participant as Havells in its sole discretion deems fit.

8. If the Prize Winner’s number is busy, unreachable, or he/she does not attend the call, two further attempts will be made to contact the Prize Winner within the next day. If even on the third attempt, the Prize Winner does not attend the call or is unreachable, the Prize Winner’s participation in the Campaign will come to an end and the Prize Winner’s entry will not be considered for the Prizes.

9. No Prizes will be awarded if the information presented by the Participant(s) is suspected to be incorrect or fraudulent either by the independent auditor or the Campaign Partner basis the information earlier shared by the Participant at the time of first contact or for any other reason.
