“Facebook Tap” Contest :

This Facebook Tap Contest (“Contest”) is organised by Reliance Communications Limited (“Reliance”) for Indian citizens only and is subject to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”).

Any Indian resident willing to participate in the Contest agree to abide by the Terms in its entirety. If a Participant does not agree to any of the Terms, he/she shall not participate in this Contest. The Terms may be modified by Reliance at any time during the Contest Period without notice or intimation.

How To Participate?
Go to Reliance Facebook page, watch Facebook Tap video & Tell Us… How many times the word ‘Tap’ has been spoken in the Facebook Tap video? Also tell us what would you do with Facebook without data pack?

Prizes:
A. Participants with top 5 creative comments & correct answers will stand a chance to win Samsung Galaxy A5 Smartphone.
B. 200 lucky winners stand to get 1 GB free data from Reliance

Duration /Term Of The Contest:
The Contest shall be valid during the Contest Period. Reliance reserves the right to extend, shorten or cancel the Contest Period at any point of time, at its sole discretion. The end date of the Contest is 5th January, 2016.

Eligibility Criteria :

i. In order to be eligible to participate in the Contest, the Participant must fulfill the following criteria:-
** He/She should be of and above 18 years of age.
** He/She must be citizen of India.
** He/She must not have any criminal record nor should be of an unsound mind.
** Participant must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order/Law etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship.

ii. If the operation of, or participation in the Contest, is prohibited in any State and/or territory or part thereof as per the applicable law, the Participants from such State and/or territory or part thereof shall not be eligible to subscribe to or participate in the Contest. No further notice shall be given by Reliance in this regard.
iii. The employees of Reliance, its Affiliates/subsidiaries, sponsors of the Prize, associated agencies, participating operators and their immediate family members and relatives shall not be eligible to participate in this Contest and shall be excluded from the definition of Participant for the purpose of the Contest.

Selection Of The Winner :
i. Top 5 Facebook users for Samsung Galaxy A5 handset winners & Top 200 Facebook users for 1GB Free Data will be published by Reliance on the Facebook post on 7th January, 2016.
ii. The Winner(s) will be asked to send their following details through a personalized chat on Reliance Facebook page a) Name, b) Mobile Number, c) Email ID, d) Facebook ID.
iii. 1 GB free data will be valid for 30 days (from the date of credit)
iv. 1 GB free data will get posted on Reliance numbers within 72 hours of winners declaration & informed through SMS
v. If the Winner is a non- Reliance Participant then he/she can move to Reliance network within 30 days of Contest end date and claim the 1 GB free data.
vi. Post switching to the Reliance network successfully, Winner has to inbox (personalized chat with Reliance Facebook Page) his mobile number to Reliance Official Facebook page (facebook.com/RelianceMobile/) through his Facebook profile from he/she has reverted for the correct answers of the contest.

Claiming of Samsung Galaxy A5 handset :
i. Samsung Galaxy A5 Handset will be delivered to the Winners at the nearest Reliance Circle office/Reliance Cluster office.
ii. The Winner shall personally collect the prize within 30.days upon intimation to such winners of the Contest, failing which, the prize shall be forfeited.
iii. The Prize(s) to the Winners shall be given subject to compliance with all applicable statutory legislation, processes, and formalities and upon production of all valid and requisite documents/papers including Identity proof, address proof, pan card as and when required by Reliance prior to the handing over of the Prize.
iv. Reliance reserves the right to demand production of such further documentary evidence from the winner as requested by Reliance to satisfy itself of his / her identity and genuineness or to even waive the requirement of such documentary evidence.
