Eligibility of Reliance Digital Jio Saavn Pro Offer

** This Offer is open to customers who have successfully upgraded to the Jio Saavn Pro or purchased the Jio Tunes package during the promotional period (“Eligible Customer”).
** Offer is valid/open for all Indian citizens residing in India, 18 years of age or above. Entries by person below age of 18 years shall be disqualified.
** Employees, participating store staffs and authorized agency of Reliance and their family members/relatives are not eligible to participate in the Offer.

How To Avail Reliance Digital Jio Saavn Pro Offer?

** Customers who upgrade to the Jio Saavn Pro or purchase the Jio Tunes package within the promotional period (19th Apr’25 onwards till 30th Jun’25) will receive a unique coupon code.
** The coupon code will be sent via email or SMS to the contact details provided by the customer at the time of upgradation to the Jio Saavn Pro or purchased the Jio Tunes package.
** The coupon code is valid for one-time use only and cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash.

Prizes of Reliance Digital Jio Saavn Pro Offer

1. The coupon code can be redeemed only at Reliance Digital selected offline stores (“Participating Stores”).
2. Eligible Customers have to present the coupon code (via email or print) at Participating Stores.
3. Reliance staff will verify the coupon code and apply the applicable discount/offer to the customer’s purchase.
4. Eligible Customers can redeem the coupon for the eligible offers or discounts, subject to terms and conditions.
5. The coupon code must be used before 30th June, 2025. Expired codes will not be reissued or extended.
6. The coupon code may be subject to additional terms, such as minimum purchase requirements or restrictions on specific products.
7. Offer may include discounts, special deals, or bundled products

Terms of Reliance Digital Jio Saavn Pro Offer

1. Reliance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice.
2. Any fraudulent activity or abuse of this Offer will result in disqualification and possible legal action.
3. Reliance is not responsible for any technical issues, lost emails, or other errors that may prevent a customer from receiving or redeeming the coupon code.
4. If any prizes received by Eligible Customer under this Offer are received in broken or damaged condition, the same shall be reported at the time of the receipt of the same. No subsequent claims shall be entertained.
5. Benefits under the Offer is neither transferable nor encashable for money and can’t be clubbed with any other Offer. Customer is not charged extra for participating in the Offer.
6. No request shall be entertained for exchange of gifts/prize of equivalent value or other configuration/brand/features.
7. Customers participating in the Offer/Contest, voluntarily consent for Reliance to contact them for any or all promotional activities carried by Reliance hereafter. The Customers participating in this Offer for availing the benefit, would deemed to have been waived the ‘Do not Disturb’ status (“DND”) to receive the massage from Reliance.
8. In any event, Liability of Reliance to a winner shall not exceed the value of Gift/Prize received under this Offer
9. In the event, the Offer /Contest is termed as void due to introduction of any new legislation or by amendment to the existing legislation or by judicial orders, the Offer /Contest shall become invalid /null and void and Reliance shall not be liable to award or give any Gift/ Prize or any compensation in lieu thereof to any of the Eligible Customers/participants/ Winners.
10. Any or all disputes arising out of or relating to this Offer/Contest are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai only.
11. In case of disputes, the decision of Reliance will be final and binding.
