What is Design Championship?

Design Championship is an International Level design competition for school going students. The organizer of Design Championship Competition and Awards, is ICT360 (Ark Tech Innovation Pvt. Ltd.). There is no entry fee for the Design Championship 2025. Participant will visit the contest website during the contest period and follow the instructions that appear on the website. The Contest begins on 15th July 2025 and ends on 17th October 2025.

Eligibility of Design Championship

You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to participate / register in the competition
a) You should be an individual resident of the Republic of India, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
b) You should be a School Student and of the age group of 6 to 16. Students may only participate in appropriate age level and category, who have obtained their parents and / or legal guardian permission
c) Is of sound health and mind
d) Enters the competition in accordance with the rules as defined in this document.
e) Each entrant may enter with projects as they wish, upon completion of registration and payment of appropriate fee(s) for the category (If any). Entries may be submitted by individuals, or teams.
f)The Opening date for receipt of entries by ARK from participants is 15th July 2025 and the closing date for receipt of uploaded projects by ARK is 13th September 2025. Only one entry is allowed in each category.

Categories of Design Championship

The Design Championship Competition is open to all students wishing to share and promote their projects in the following

Categories:
1. Game Design
2. App Design
3. Web Design
4. 3D Design
5. Movie Making
6. Coding
7. Graphics Design

There are 4 Levels of Age for all Categories and regional qualifying rounds before Design Championship Final.

** Beginner – 6-7 years (Born on or between August 1st, 2017, and July 31st, 2019)
** Junior – 8-10 years (Born on or between August 1, 2014, and July 31, 2017)
** Middle: 11-13 years (Born on or between August 1, 2011, and July 31, 2014)
** Senior – 14-16 years (Born on or between August 1, 2008, and July 31, 2011)

Note:
There is no entry fee for the Design Championship 2025. All participants should enter all correct and true details in registration form, the design and supporting documents must be received by the competition’s published closing date/before the date of submission of projects.

How To Enter in the Design Championship?

** Participant will visit the contest website located at www.designchampionship.in during the contest period and follow the instructions that appear on the website. You will be requested to fill in the information on the entry form.
** Any entry submitted via the digital upload tool on the Contest Site, please follow the instructions on the Contest Site. ARK is not responsible for illegible or incorrectly submitted entries.
** Entries received without a completed Entry Form or without a parent’s or legal guardian’s signature/approval will be disqualified.
** Limit One (1) Entry Per Entrant Per Category. Subsequent entries will be disqualified.

Registration and Operation :
** Phase 1 – Registrations for Age Level, Individual or Team and Category.
** Phase 2 – Online submission of completed projects based on issued theme for respective category for Jury review. And if the projects get selected/shortlisted then team will go through the regional jury round and as regional Winner, you may qualify for Design Championship Final.

Note:
The registration for the Design Championship 2025 will begin on July 15, 2025.

Prizes of Design Championship

** The Prize consideration to the Winning Team or individual, would be distributed among the team members / participants, in the manner as may be determined by ARK
** Online Exhibition Gallery: All nominees and award-winning designs will be showcased on www.designchampionship.in – online exhibition gallery for at least one year.
** Only entries that fit Design Championship’s design guidelines, are in generally acceptable and Design Championship organiser reserves all rights to determine whether works will be accepted or not.
** “ARK reserves all the rights vis-à-vis ownership and contents of Design Championship website and is hence entitled to amend, terminate or cancel the terms and conditions thereof, with or without prior notice at any time, at its sole and absolute discretion”.

What is the Last Date of Design Championship?

The Design Championship Contest begins on 15th July 2025,12:00pm Indian Standard Time (IST) Zone in India and ends on 17th October 2025, 10:00pm Indian Standard Time (IST) Zone (“Last date”).
