To participate in the voting, the Viewers must watch/are deemed to have watched the Episodes of the Program being telecast on the Platform and/or Channel every day. Voting starts on every Monday and Ends on Friday (Weekdays) till final.

How To Vote For Star Vijay Bigg Boss Tamil Season 9?

To participate in the voting, the Viewers must watch/are deemed to have watched the Episodes of the Program being telecast on the Platform and/or Channel every day. The Viewers by participating in the Voting Mechanism will get an opportunity to cast their vote for any Shortlisted Participant of that Episode(s) of the Program.

The Viewers interested in voting can participate by choosing to cast their vote for their favorite Participant through any or both of the 2 (two) mechanisms as mentioned below and shall be subject to the mechanism’s requirements and rules:

Missed Call Mechanism:
By dialing the numbers assigned to each Participant (more fully given under) from the Viewer’s mobile phone and casting the vote as more fully detailed in clause 9 of Principal Rules;

The Viewer should use a valid Indian phone number, registered with network operators in the Territory.

Jiohotstar Mechanism:
Login to Jiohotstar application in Android/IOS devises, visit the Bigg Boss Tamil page and click on the Vote now button as more fully described in clause 10 of Principal Rules;

A Viewer interested to cast his/her vote, by using Jiohotstar Voting Mechanism, will be subject to the following mechanism:
1. The Viewer will have to Login to their account on the updated Jiohotstar Application in Android or IOS Device (“App”) and/or any operational devices, visit the Bigg Boss Tamil page and click on the Vote now button for casting his/her vote through this Voting Mechanism. Viewers are advised to check for updates of the Jiohotstar application from time-to-time.

2. The Viewer will have to download the App (if not already available on the device), login to their account on the updated App, visit the ‘Bigg Boss Tamil’ page and click on the Vote now button for casting his/her vote through this Voting Mechanism. Viewers are advised to check for updates of the App from time-to-time. Viewers shall be using their login IDs for registering on the Platform at their own risk. Any failure or usage of domain page by any unauthorized party will not be considered by JIPL to allow a Viewer to vote again or withdraw any vote and JIPL shall not entertain any queries in this regard.

3. The Bigg Boss Tamil page will list the names of the Shortlisted Participant in a particular Voting Cycle.

4. The Viewer has to cast his/her vote for their desired Shortlisted Participant’s against his / her name/emoji / icon to save him/her from eviction

Voting Cycle of Star Vijay Bigg Boss Tamil Season 9

In the Voting Mechanism, the Viewer should cast his/her votes for a particular Shortlisted Participant, for the respective Episodes of the Program, during a particular Voting Cycle (as defined below) and any vote cast after the Voting Cycle shall neither be considered as vote for that Episode nor for the next Voting Cycle.  The voting cycle for each Episode shall commence from the Start time and end on the voting End Time (“Voting Cycle”) as detailed below, on the start date as mentioned on the Channel:

Each interested Viewer shall be entitled to cast only one (01) vote through his /her Jiohotstar log in id (registered mobile number / email id) per day and only 1 (one) vote will be allowed per day per Mobile of the corresponding week for any 1 (one) of the Shortlisted Participants per Voting Cycle.

For avoidance of doubt it is clarified that an interested Viewer shall be entitled to cast his /her vote only once in a day from a particular / 1 (one) Jiohotstar log in id (registered mobile number / email id) and 1 (one) vote will be allowed per day per Mobile for any 1 (one) of the Shortlisted Participants nominated for that corresponding week, during the Period of Voting Cycle. Any vote cast including during the Voting Cycle, exceeding the limit mentioned hereinabove, will not be valid and shall be rendered null and void.
