Eligibility of Jio MS Festival Dhamaka Offer

This offer is open to Indian citizens living in India only. Employees of Reliance BP Mobility Ltd. and their families, RBML Dealers/other channel partners, employees of advertising agencies of RBML, service providers/event managers etc. associated with this offer are not eligible to take part.

How To Enter in the Jio MS Festival Dhamaka Offer?

** Customers purchasing Motor Spirit (Petrol) for 2/4-wheeler worth Rs.200/- or more from Jio-bp retail outlets (petrol pumps) in a single bill printed from dispensing unit only (henceforth referred to as printed bill) / single e-receipt are eligible to participate in the offer.
** In order to avail this Jio MS Festival Dhamaka Offer, a customer purchasing minimum Rs.200/- worth of petrol for 2/4-wheeler in a single printed bill / e-receipt should:
** Provide their mobile number at the time of fuelling to enter in the lucky draw contest to the fuel attendant.
** Fill the scheme participation form at the Jio-bp retail outlets (petrol pumps). The form cannot be submitted by mail, courier or by any other medium. No correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.
** Participation with incomplete or incorrect details shall not be considered for the scheme or lucky draw.
** Eligible customers shall preserve and retain the copy of the invoice and other necessary documents or digital communication in order to claim the reward, if his/her name is declared as a winner of the lucky draw scheme.

Prizes of Jio MS Festival Dhamaka Offer

Note:
** The prizes would be decided through a system-based random process that would select the winning mobile numbers (through which the customers participated) from a dump of valid entries received.
** The daily lucky draw 4Ever loyalty points are valid for 7 days from the date of issue; the winner has to redeem the voucher within a period of 7 days.
** The daily and weekly lucky draw winners will be notified through an SMS on their registered mobile numbers.
** Bumper draw shall be held for all the customers who have participated in the campaign for the scheme period.
** The decision of the company on the prizes shall be final and no communication in this regard will be entertained.
** The bumper draws will be conducted once at the end of the scheme through a system random selection process.
** The selected mobile numbers of bumper draws would be contacted by our representatives/officers for verification of original bill containing the details as per the winning entry sent by the contestant and further documentation processing within 60 business working days from the date of draw.
** In case the mobile number has been changed/terminated/blocked/out of reach etc., RBML will not be held liable for not being able to communicate/handover prizes to the winners.
** No queries/clarifications/suggestions will be entertained on the modality of selection or the selection process which would be entirely at the discretion of RBML.
** All statutory levies including taxes/duties/octroi etc., and any other costs including insurance, registration etc. of the vehicles won should be borne by the prize winners.
