Eligibility of Reliance Digital IPL Match Guess the Lyrics Contest

An Indian resident of age 18 years and above is entitled to participate in the Campaign and/or Contest. Contest is not open to employees of Reliance or to immediate relatives of the employees of Reliance Digital/marketing agency who runs and manages the Contest/Campaign.

Prizes of Reliance Digital IPL Match Guess the Lyrics Contest

** Each winner will be entitled to a Gratification in the form of Merchandise of Mumbai Indians team.
** Winner of a Contest shall be declared within 30 (thirty) days after the end of the Contest.
** Shortlisted participants will be declared / selected from the pool of eligible entries of Participants by RD using a computerised randomizer tool.
** Each winner will be entitled to a Gratification in the form of Merchandise of Mumbai Indians team. [“Gratification”].
** Winners will be communicated through Direct Mail (DM) on social media handle/ email/ message/call as declared and/or registered by participant while participating in the Contest.
** Any communication medium of the reward/winner intimation to the winner /participant primarily will be Social media.
** Reliance Digital reserves its right to choose any other medium for communication.
** Winner has to respond to the winning communications sent by Reliance Digital and share his/her personal details (as acceptable to Reliance Digital) to the satisfaction of Reliance Digital on the day of the announcement from the time of receipt of mail or message in his/her social media or email account in order to receive/collect the Gratification.

Contest Terms:
** Acceptance of the Contest reward is to be acknowledged on the day by the winners. The reward winner can acknowledge on the Reliance Digital Facebook page and/or Instagram Page
** In case of any late submission of required information like – address, required documents post acceptance of the reward post 48 hrs. of the acceptance, the reward will be passed on to the next eligible winner.
** The decision of Reliance Digital in this regard shall be considered as final and conclusive.
** Reliance Digital shall not be responsible for any delay, loss of product in any of the natural calamities like earthquake, floods nature centric calamities or any delay in the courier of the product/reward.
** Brands/Quality/Price/Colour/Size (or any other specification) of the products of the Gratification will be chosen by Reliance Digital and the rights to change/withdraw any product/specification/brand remains Reliance Digital. The imagery used in all communication is only for depiction sake.
** Reliance Digital shall not entertain any claim from Winner/Participant, if he/she fails to claim benefit during the validity of the Contest, this is of essence to the Contest.
** Reliance Digital does not guarantee or warranty the merchantability or the quality of the products/items covered in the Merchandise Kit nor is liable for any deficiencies/defects in the same.
** Reliance and reserves its right to cancel or withhold on distribution of the sponsored Mumbai Indians IPL team Merchandise Kit as Gratification under this Contest at any time without any notice to any of the Participants/Winner.
