What is Veena Vatika International Drawing Contest?

The Veena Vatika International Drawing Contest 2026 is a global platform where young artists express creativity through the beauty of nature. Now in its 3rd edition, this year’s theme “My Buddy Nature” invites children worldwide to explore their connection with nature through art and imagination. Children aged 5 to 15 years can enter. Entries must be submitted through the official Google Form. Winners names and drawing will be featured on our Veenavatika YouTube Channel along with their video. Last date of contest is 30th June 2026.

How To Enter in the Veena Vatika International Drawing Contest?

To enter in the Veena Vatika International Drawing Contest, Follow the below guidelines

Submission Guidelines:
** Entries must be submitted through the official Google Form
** Upload a clear photograph or scanned image of the artwork
** The artwork should be well-lit and clearly visible (no shadows or blur)

Size of Artwork:
** Artwork should be A4 sized (210 × 297 millimeters).
** Participants are encouraged to create their artwork in horizontal (landscape) orientation

Medium for Painting / Drawing:
** Any medium is welcome except digital art
** Acceptable mediums include pencil, charcoal, crayons, watercolors, and oil colors
** Digital tools such as painting software and stylus-based work are not allowed

Title:
Participants are requested to mention the following on the front/top of the artwork: “Veena Vatika International Drawing Contest 2026”

Number of Entries:
Each participant may submit a maximum of 3 entries during the submission period

Entry Fee:
A non-refundable submission fee applies:

₹250 (2 entries)

International Participants:

Special Participation (Institutional Entries):
Schools or institutions submitting entries for more than 300 participants may contact the organizers for special coordination and group submission support

Prizes of Veena Vatika International Drawing Contest

** Their names will be mentioned in the description of the “WINNER” video
** They will receive an e-certificate

** Every applicants will receive e-certificate
** Short-listed Entries will be shown on Veena Vatika Youtube Channel
** Indian winners receive a medal and certificate, while international winners are awarded an e-certificate.

Terms & Responsibilities:
** Supervision of Internet Usage: Parents/guardians are advised to supervise children during the registration and submission process.
** Originality of Artwork: Entries must be the original work of the participant. Any instance of plagiarism or submission of work created by someone other than the participant will lead to disqualification, removal from the contest, and possible revocation of prizes.
** Submission of Shortlisted Entries: In certain cases, shortlisted participants may be requested to provide a short video showcasing their artwork to verify its authenticity. This additional step ensures the integrity of the contest and upholds fair judgment.
** Jury Decision: The decision of the jury will be final and binding.
** Usage Rights: By submitting the artwork, participants grant permission to the organizers to use it for promotional and exhibition purposes.
** Technical Responsibility: The organizers are not responsible for any technical issues during submission.
** Changes to the Contest: The organizers reserve the right to make necessary changes to the contest if required.
