The Travel With BeCafe Contest 2026 (#TravelWithBeCafe) is organized by BeCafe, an in-house café brand of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL). The Contest is open only to residents of India. To participate in the Contest, Click a photograph at the designated BeCafe Journey Frame or Create a short video and follow the prompts. Participate and win Prize Vouchers. Last date of contest is 30th July 2026.

Eligibility of Bharat Petroleum Travel With BeCafe Contest

The Travel With BeCafe Contest is open only to residents of India who are 18 years of age or above at the time of participation. Employees of BPCL, its subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, vendors, partners, and their immediate family members may be excluded from participation at BPCL’s sole discretion.

How To Enter in the Bharat Petroleum Travel With BeCafe Contest?

To participate in the Travel With BeCafe Contest, entrants must:
** Click a photograph at the designated BeCafe Journey Frame and share their memorable travel story; or Create a short video inside or outside a BeCafe outlet sharing their best travel memory.
** Post their photo/video as an Instagram or Facebook Post or Reel (entries submitted only as Stories shall not be considered, as Stories expire after 24 hours).
** Follow and tag @becafe.bpcl and @bpcl.retail.
** Tag three (3) friends and invite them to visit BeCafe and participate in the Contest.

Participants must keep their Instagram/Facebook profile public until the winners are announced to enable verification and evaluation of entries. BPCL shall not be responsible for entries that cannot be accessed due to privacy settings. Multiple entries may be submitted; however, each participant shall be eligible to win only one prize, unless otherwise decided by BPCL.

Terms of Bharat Petroleum Travel With BeCafe Contest

** Entries must be original and must not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property or legal rights of any third party. Participants shall be solely responsible for the content submitted.
** Participants represent and warrant that all information submitted by them is true, accurate and complete. Any false, misleading or fraudulent information may result in immediate disqualification.
** Entries containing offensive, defamatory, obscene, unlawful, misleading, hateful, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate content, or content inconsistent with the values or reputation of BPCL or BeCafe, may be rejected or disqualified without prior notice.
** Winners shall be selected by a judging panel appointed by BPCL based on creativity, originality, storytelling and relevance. The decision of the judging panel shall be final, binding and not open to correspondence or dispute.
** Prize vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. BPCL reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equivalent value without prior notice, if deemed necessary.
** Winners may be required to furnish valid proof of identity, age and any other documents as requested by BPCL for verification prior to receiving the prize.
** If a selected winner fails to respond or submit the required documents within the timeline communicated by BPCL, BPCL reserves the right to cancel the prize and select an alternate winner.
** BPCL reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any entry and to disqualify any participant found to have violated these Terms & Conditions or engaged in fraudulent, unfair or unethical practices.
** BPCL reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, extend, withdraw or terminate the Contest, amend these Terms & Conditions, change the prizes, or alter the Contest mechanics at any time without assigning any reason or prior notice.
** BPCL and BeCafe shall not be liable for any technical failures, internet disruptions, network issues, server failures, delayed, incomplete, corrupted or lost entries, or any other circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
** BPCL and BeCafe shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, damage, injury or expense arising out of participation in the Contest or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.
** By participating, entrants consent to the collection, storage and use of their personal information by BPCL solely for the purposes of administering the Contest, verifying eligibility, announcing winners and undertaking promotional activities, in accordance with applicable laws.
** This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. Participants understand that they are providing their information to BPCL.

What is the Last Date of Bharat Petroleum Travel With BeCafe Contest?

The Travel With BeCafe Contest shall commence on 15.06.2026 and shall close at 11:59 PM (IST) on 30.07.2026 (Last Date). Entries received after the closing date and time shall not be considered.
