Eligibility of Ujala Happiest Onam Contest

1. This Contest will be open to customers of the Company who are residents of the state of Kerala except for the Contest Organizer, employees of Jyothy Labs Limited including their immediate family.
2. The winners of the Contest must produce a valid government approved address proof to claim their rewards in the campaign at the time of verification by the Contest Organizer
3. This contest is open for adults above 18 years.

How To Enter in the Ujala Happiest Onam Contest?

1. Participant can enter any number of times during the Contest Period from different mobile number.
2. Scan the QR code on the Ujala detergent IDD pack.
3. Participants shall be required to complete registration by providing the prescribed details through the platform administered by the Contest Organizer, including such information and supporting documents as may be reasonably required for participation verification.
4. Upon successful registration, You shall participate in a “Spin the Wheel” activity. The reward, if any, shall be determined solely by the system-generated outcome, which shall be final and binding. You acknowledge and agree that You shall not be entitled to choose, exchange, transfer, substitute or otherwise claim any reward other than the reward allocated pursuant to such system-generated outcome.

5. Jyothy Labs Limited and the Contest Organizer shall not be responsible for (including but not limited to):
i. For any SPAM generated messages
ii. For the Operator Code not being displayed on the user’s mobile phones
iii. For any SMS message delivery failures
iv. Any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures or any kind of any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reason
v. If the participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/
vi. Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign
vii. Other conditions beyond its reasonable control
viii. Any act, omission, interruption or failure attributable to third-party service providers engaged for operation, fulfilment, payment processing, courier services or platform management.
