All you have to do is to search for GulfPride on Dubsmash, create your video based on M S Dhoni & Gulshan Grover’s dialogue from the Gulf Pride commercial and post it on Facebook or Twitter with #GulfPride @CruiseStation

2) Terms & Conditions:

1. Gulf Oil Lubricants India Limited, (Formerly known as Hinduja Infrastructure Limited) (“Gulf Oil” or “Company”) is conducting this contest for consumers.
2. The contest is valid only for a limited period.
3. The contest is open only to those users from India.
4. There has to be a mandatory video post on twitter/facebook tagging #GulfPride and @CruiseStation from the participants to be considered in the contest.
5. Participants should be aged 18 or above to qualify for the prize.
6. Company will determine the winner based on internal criteria.
7. There may be a waiting period involved during the booking of the bike.
8.For the grand prize the Ex-showroom cost will be borne by the company. All taxes, registration and insurance will need to be taken care by the winner.
9. The winners will be notified with details on how to claim their prize via email. Only one attempt will be made to contact the winner on his/her mobile number as provided for by the Participant. In the event of non-availability of the concerned winner, the Prize shall lapse.
10. For winners no gift will be dispatched unless the details asked for are submitted.
11. Gulf Oil shall not be liable for any consequences of Participant error including (without limitation) providing incorrect contact details, identity proof and address details.

12. If for any reason any aspect of this Contest is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of Gulf Oil which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Gulf Oil may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest, or invalidate any affected submissions

13. The gift dispatch will happen to customer address shared only.
14. Gulf Oil, its agents and distributors under no circumstances would be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for inability of the winner to receive the Prize for any reasons attributable to the non compliance of the Terms & Conditions by the Winner and / or non compliance of the requirements.
15. Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item requested.
16. Gifts if damaged during transit will not be replaced.
17. Gulf Oil is not the manufacturer of the gifts distributed hence quality issues will not be addressed.
18. Gulf Oil may in its absolute discretion curtail or extend the Contest Period, as it deems necessary
19. In the event of non availability of gifts under offer due to unavoidable circumstances, Gulf Oil Lubricants India Limited will try & offer a replacement gift of same value as may be decided by the company then
20. Gulf Oil will not be liable for any loss, damage or cancellation of this Contest caused by events beyond their reasonable control including war, natural calamities, floods, etc.

21. Gulf Oil reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Terms & Conditions without any prior notice. These Terms & Conditions constitute the comprehensive terms and conditions of the Contest and all participants are bound to comply with the guidelines, requirements etc. contained therein.

Any non compliance with the same may disqualify the Participants from participating in the Contest. Gulf Oil reserves the right to alter these T&C without any further notice as Gulf Oil may deem fit in its sole and absolute discretion. No communications/ correspondences will be entertained by Gulf Oil on account of the aforementioned alterations/ modifications or otherwise

22. By participating in this Contest, Participant unconditionally and irrevocably accepts and agrees to be bound by all these T&C as stated herein. This Contest is subject to the laws of India, and is not offered outside of India.
23. In case of any disputes the decision of Gulf Oil Lubricants India Limited will be final or legal proceedings if any subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
