The Participant can submit multiple submissions, for the same or different Templates under this Interactivity for the entire Period.

** The Interactivity may work only in the territory of India and shall not be accessible from other territory(ies) across the world. Taking part in the Interactivity shall be applicable only for Users who are eligible and participating through the JioHotstar Application in India.

** The Interactivity will be available for a limited time on the JioHotstar Application on live chat tab and/or watch page of the Show and/or “Memes”section. Once the Participant clicks on ‘Create a Meme’ or the button is auto-clicked due to User inactivity, the Interactivity will commence.

** After the Interactivity commences, and during the time that the Interactivity is active, a Participant may select Template of their choice and make memes by typing out the captions on them.

** Once the Participant submits the caption for the selected Template, during the Interactivity, the Participant will not be allowed to change the caption.

** If for any technical and/or non-technical reasons, the Company’s servers fail to register any submission provided and/or selected by the Participant, the Company, shall not be responsible for such delayed receipt or non-receipt or incomplete receipt or receipt of corrupted submissions.

** Only the responses received from Participants in the time during which the Interactivity is active on the JioHotstar Application shall be deemed valid and taken into consideration.

** In the event a Participant’s submission during the Interactivity is not received within this time, due to any unforeseen reasons or errors including but not limited to technical or network errors or glitches, Device auto-locks, screen time outs during the course of the Interactivity; the Participant, the Company is not responsible for any such instances.

** In case multiple entries are received from a Participant for the same Template, due to any unforeseen reasons or errors including but not limited to technical or network errors or glitches, the Company may at its sole discretion, choose the entry received at the last attempt by the Participant as recorded in the Company’s servers.

** The Participants submission shall be moderated by the Company, until then the Participant’s submissions shall be reflected under “My memes” tab as available on JioHotstar Application, which shall only be visible to the Participant.

Selection Process of Bigg Boss Telugu S10 Meme The Moment Contest

** During the Interactivity, Participants submission for the Template will be moderated and reviewed by the Company and then select the best and most entertaining memes (“Selected Submission(s)”).

** Such Selected Submissions shall be reflected on explore feed under “Memes” section on JioHotstar Application. The explore feed will be sorted by recency and popularity and the Company will not entertain any claims/questions/queries with respect to the authenticity and/or correctness of any Selected Submissions by the Company.

** The Participant shall be able to re-share such Selected Submissions on their own social media platforms and/or such other platforms as enabled/ permitted by the Company at its sole discretion.

** The Company reserves the right to re-share such Selected Submissions on the Company’s and/or any of its affiliates social media platforms.

** The Company reserves the right to edit/add more Template options at its discretion. The Participant is advised to frequently refer to the Interactivity rounds displayed during the Period for an enhanced participation experience.

** It is expressly stated that in this Interactivity there are no winners being declared or any prize(s) being distributed for participating in the Interactivity.

** The Selected Submissions of a Participant in the Interactivity will automatically get linked to the Participant’s mobile number on the JioHotstar Application, and the profile name of the profile used for playing the Interactivity will be used for mentioning the Participant’s name on the Show.

** Participants must use their ‘first name’ or ‘last name’ as their profile name. For e.g. if a Participant’s name is ‘Raj Kumar’, suggested profile names would be ‘Raj’ or ‘Kumar’ or ‘Raj Kumar’. Further, if the profile name of the Participant is profane, derogatory, or fictional, then the Company reserves the right to not mention such Participant at all.

** Participants may lose their submissions in case of uninstalling/reinstalling/refreshing the JioHotstar Application/clearing the JioHotstar Application cache data or any other technical glitches. The Company shall not be responsible for any such loss and the Company shall not entertain any claims for any such loss.
