** 18/07/2015 Inauguration at 12.00 Noon. 19/07/2015
** 1st Round at 1.00 p.m. 5th Round at 10.30 a.m.
** 2nd Round at 2.30 p.m. 6th Round at 12.00 noon
** 3rd Round at 4.00 p.m. 7th Round at 1.30 p.m.
** 4th Round at 5.30 pm. 8th Round at 3.00 p.m.

** 1st Prize Rs. 5,000.00 + Trophy + Certificate
** 2nd Prize Rs. 4,000.00 + Trophy + Certificate
** 3rd Prize Rs. 3,000.00 + Trophy + Certificate
** 4th Prize Rs. 2,000.00
** 5th Prize Rs. 1,.000.00
** 6th to 10th Rs. 800.00 each
** 11th to 20th Rs. 600.00 each

2. Entry may be sent our S.B. A/c. No. 0550010213509 IFSE Code – UTBIOCJH192 United Bank of India, Chatterjee hat Branch (0550) Howrah (Please write full Signature on deposit Voucher and bring at the Venue and send by SMS (M: 9432306615) bank Branch Name, Players Name, DOB, rating after depositing the entry fees.
3. Maximum 8 round as per FIDE swiss (Rapid Rule).
4. Rapid chess will be played.
5. The Tournament is for all residents of W.B.
6. Time control 60 minutes session 30 minutes each.
7. BCA registration is compulsory.
8. Prize money shall not be shared.
9. Arbiter’s decision is final.
10. Lunch will be provided to all the participants on 19-07-2015
11. Guardians will be provided lunch at subsidized rate of Rs.15/- (Book by
17/07/2015)
12. Free dormitory accommodation each available for players and Guardians near Venue .
13. Fee Car Parking Space is available near venue
