Flipkart Internet Private Limited is offering an opportunity to win free couple movie passes for the entire year and free return tickets to the Dubai shopping festival (“Offer”) to the participants of the Offer who purchase E-Gift Cards on the Flipkart website/mobile app during 4th January, 2016 00:00 AM to on 10th January, 2016 11:59 PM (“Offer Period”) wherein the buyers have an opportunity to participate subject to the terms of this Policy mentioned below (“Policy”).

By participating in this Offer, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation that are available on flipkart.com including any modifications, alterations or updates that we make.

Details of the Offer:
(a) Participants placing orders of the highest value during the Offer Period will be eligible for the Offer and will be required to answer a qualifying question correctly within a time period which would be communicated to the eligible Participants via e-mail on or before 25thJanuary 2016.

(b) If the eligible Participant who receives the e-mail responds back within the given time period, and answers correctly, he/she will be declared as the winner of the Offer.

(c) Participants placing orders of the highest value on each day during the Offer Period and answering the qualifying question correctly and in time, will win free couple movie pass for the entire year, the movie pass would be in a form of Gift Voucher worth INR 4800/- from one of the leading ticket provider or multiplex chain.

(d) Participant placing orders of the highest value (cumulative) during the entire Offer Period and answering the qualifying question correctly in time, will win free return ticket to Dubai / or a travel Voucher from a leading air ticketing service provider. For booking the ticket(s) the Winner will have to inform us at-least 30 days in advance, the maximum value of the ticket/ Gift Voucher provided will be not more than INR 20,000/-

(e) Offer valid for Flipkart E-Gift Cards purchased from Flipkart website or mobile application during 4th January, 2016 00:00 AM to on 10th January, 2016 11:59 PM (“Offer Period”).
(f) The minimum E-Gift Card denomination / value for participating in this Offer is INR 2000/- Maximum value of a Gift Card can be 10,000/-

(g) Multiple E-Gift Cards may be purchased by a Participant in a single order (subject to the minimum value of the E-Gift Card being INR 2000/-).The maximum number of the orders which will be considered for this Offer is 4 orders per Participant.If the Participant has placed more than 4 orders during the day/Offer Period, the value only for first four orders will be considered while choosing the winner. Maximum value of an order shall not exceed INR 3 lacs.
(h) The winners will be announced via email on or before 30th Jan 2016

Offer Terms & Conditions:

** Flipkart may, at any time due to various reasons, including but not limited to technical errors, unavailability of stocks or for any other reasons whatsoever, cancel the orders placed by you. Flipkart decision of cancelling the order shall be final and Flipkart shall not be liable for such cancellation(s) whatsoever.

** We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this document, at any time without any prior written notice to You. Offer is applicable on limited stocks and for limited period. Participants are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a best effort basis.

** All rights with respect to selection of the winner shall vest with Flipkart and shall be done as per the procedure adopted at Flipkart’s sole discretion. Flipkart’s decision in this regard will be final. The Offer shall be subject to usual force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Flipkart.

** This Offer is valid only for individual customers, no corporate or institutional purchases will be considered for this offer. This Offer is not valid for Flipkart employees. This contest is valid only in India except in the state of Tamil Nadu. Flipkart shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in the Offer.

** You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this Policy by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.

** This Policy shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this Policy.
