Tedhe Medhe Dubsmash Contest Terms & Conditions:

1. Participation in the #TedheMedheDubsmash Contest (‘Contest’) is purely voluntary. By participating in this Contest, each Participant is deemed to have accepted the complete terms and conditions for this Contest.

Entry Fee : No Fee

2. The Contest shall be open from 8th January, 2016 at 3pm and shall close on 11th January, 2016 at midnight 11pm (‘Contest Period’). Entries received outside of the Contest Period shall not be considered.
3. There is no fee charged to participate in this Contest.
4. The Contest is open exclusively to all Indian residents above the age of 18 years except employees and the family members of ITC Limited, its associate companies, its advertising and contestable agencies and its auditors.
5. To participate in the Contest, the Participant shall make a Bingo! Eat Phir Repeat Dubsmash video and Tweet or share it with us on Twitter or Facebook using ?#?TedheMedheDubsmash?
6. The winning entries shall be chosen on the criteria of humour, wackiness, originality and appropriateness for being associated with Bingo Snacks.
7. Entries that are found to be contrary to existing laws, by-laws, public policy, recognized standards of conduct or otherwise inappropriate shall be declared invalid
8. Incomplete or otherwise invalid entries shall not be considered.
9. Multiple entries per participant are allowed.
10. Five winning entries (‘Winners’) shall be chosen by judge(s) appointed by ITC Limited, and their discretion shall be final and no argument shall be entertained against their judgement.
11. The name of the Winners shall be announced by ITC on facebook.com/BingoSnacks and Twitter page on twitter.com/BingoSnacks.
12. The Winners shall each receive a shopping voucher of value Rs. 500/- from Flipkart (‘Prize’).

13. ITC shall contact each Winner for his/her contact details and identity proof, and the Prize shall be dispatched to the address details provided by the Participant. The Prize shall be sent only to addresses within the Union of India. ITC shall not be liable for the Prize being lost due to provision of incorrect address details or in the mail or due to any other reason.

14. ITC reserves the right to cancel, modify, extend or withdraw the Contest prematurely at its sole and absolute discretion.
15. The Prize is neither transferable nor upgradeable and no cash payment in lieu of the same will be made. ITC shall be at liberty to use the photographs, voice, motion pictures of the Participants and/or Winners for media coverage, advertisement or publicity in any form which exists today or will be known anytime in the future, without any consideration to the Participant and/ or the Winner.
16. ITC shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of this Contest.
1. ITC shall not be liable for any loss, delay or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation, or otherwise, for any such loss, delay or damage.
17. ITC is not responsible for any malfunction/ server error/ technical fault of any kind either at the Participant’s end or the website, which prevents the Participant from talking part in the Contest.
18. The decision of ITC will be final and binding with regard to any dispute arising out of this Contest and is non-contestable. No correspondence shall be entertained in this regard
19. All disputes relating to this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Bengaluru only.
