Terms and Conditions:

** This offer is a joint marketing promotion program (“Offer”) from SBI Card & Payment Services Private Ltd. (“SBICPSL”) and Jabong
** This Offer is valid for all residents of India holding a valid and current SBI credit card excluding SBI Corporate Card (“SBI Card”) and having no outstanding dues of more than 30 days (“Cardholder”).

Offer Term:
** The Offer, unless extended mutually by both the Parties in writing, is valid from 8th January, 2016 (10:00 AM) until 18th January (10:00 AM) 2016, both days inclusive (the “Offer Period”).
** SBI Credit Cardholder can avail cash back of 5% on transaction worth Rs. 999 or greater at Jabong.com / Jabong Mobile App using SBI Credit card, during the term . Max cash back capped to Rs 750 per card account for the program period
** Cashback will be posted to Cardholder’s account by 03 Mar 2016

Eligibility for Cash-back:
** The Cash back amount will be calculated on the transaction value net of any refunds.
** To receive this offer, transaction should be charged in full to the SBI credit card. No cash alternative available. Partial payment by Jabong Credit or any merchant wallet or eGiftVoucher shall not be applicable.
** The offer is not applicable for Card on delivery transaction.
** The offer is not applicable on Corporate Cards
** State bank of India Bank cardholder will have to make the payment with their State bank of India only to avail this Offer.

Customer Complaint/Dispute:
SBICPSL shall ensure that all/any customer query/complaint/dispute concerning the cash back shall be entertained by SBICPSL. In the event the customer/Cardholder approaches Jabong for any query/complaint/dispute concerning the cash back, the same shall be forwarded by Jabong to SBICPSL.

Additional Terms & Conditions:
** SBICPSL does not make any warranties or representation of the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products or services included in the Offer.
** The participation is voluntary and deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
** In the event orders are cancelled, the corresponding value will be deducted from the paid amount while checking eligibility of Discount.
** SBICPSL holds the exclusive right at its sole discretion to refuse or deny the Offer to any Cardholder. The Cardholder shall become ineligible to participate in this Offer if his/her card is cancelled before the expiry of /during the Offer Period.
** Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by Cardholder and/or billed to the account of the Cardholder.
** This Offer may be withdrawn or extended at any time at the sole discretion of SBICPSL.
** SBICPSL is not making any commitment to make such similar offers beyond the Offer Period.
** All other terms and conditions of the Cardholder agreement shall continue to apply.
** SBICPSL/Jabong reserves its absolute right at any time to add, alter, withdraw, modify or change or vary any or all the terms and conditions of the Offer at its sole discretion and the same shall be binding on the Cardholder at all times.
** The Offer shall be subject to usual force majeure events and on occurrence of such event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of SBICPSL/Jabong.
** Any query regarding the program will be entertained until 18th January, 2016 (10:00 hrs). Post such date, Jabong will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
