Terms & Condition :
** “Cardholder” shall mean HDFC Bank Debit Cardholder
** The Offer period is from 1st June 2015 to 31st March, 2016, both days inclusive.
** The maximum cashbak applicable per customer is Rs. 100 per month
** The customer is eligible for CashBack on all purchases on BookMyShow. Customer can make purchases on Web, App or Online at BookMyShow.
** The offer is applicable only on retail purchases of all tickets including Movies, Plays, Events etc, Offer is valid on all Debit Cards held by the customer except for JetPrivilege Debit Card. No Clubbing of Offer is permitted during the Offer Period
** 5% CashBack will be awarded as CashBack points. CashBack points will be posted in the Debit Card 75 days after the end of every calendar month. The CashBack points needs to be redeemed by logging into NetBanking or through PhoneBanking for credit to customer primary account linked to the Debit Card. Every 1 CashBack Point is equal to Re.1 with Maximum CashBack cap of Rs.100 per month, per customer.
** Only approved and validated spend/ transaction / payment / purchase made using HDFC Bank Debit Card shall be eligible for the Cashback points. Cancelled / Returned Transactions shall not be eligible for the CashBack offer. No Offer clubbing shall be permitted.
** Customer will be eligible to earn maximum CashBack points equivalent to Rs 100/- per month per customer, for promotional CashBack offer.
** HDFC Bank Debit Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary and the offer is being made purely on a ‘best effort’ basis.
** Offer is not Valid on JetPrivelege HDFC Bank World Debit Card
** Any Tax, service charge or other charges levied with regards to the Promotional CashBack Offer, may be borne by the Debit Card holder / winner.

Following purchases or payments shall not be considered for the promotional Cashback offer: –
** Cash Withdarwal on POS/ Merchant location. (Point-of-Sale)
** Forex booking, Betting and Gambling based transactions.
** Funds transfer to another account using Debit Card.
** Any fradulent transactions
** Any transaction that may be deemed illegal or unauthorized at the time of declaring the CashBack.
** NetBanking transactions, Netsafe transactions will not be applicable

Process for claiming 5% CashBack : Promotional CashBack
** Go through the regular ticketing flow for selecting the movie, cinema and show of your choice.
** Confirm your details by providing your email id & mobile number as this information will be used for confirming your transaction.
** Proceed to the secure payment page, enter your 16 digit HDFC Bank Debit Card number in the box, name on the card, expiry and CVV card details.
** Please check yes, I accept terms, conditions & booking policy.
** This offer is non transferrable to any other person.
** Equivalent 5% CashBack point proceeds shall be posted to customer’s Debit Card post 75 days after the end of every calendar month. Customer will need to redeem these CashBack points by logging into NetBanking or calling PhoneBanking and request for redemption of the CashBack points.Every 1 CashBack Point is equal to Re.1.
** 48 hours post request for redemption of Cashback points, the equivalent amount shall be credited to the customer primary account.linked to the Debit Card only.
** Any Tax, service charge or other charges levied with regards to the Promotional CashBack Offer, may be borne by the Debit Card holder / winner.
