Fascinating Face Of The Week Contest:

1. The Contest called “Fascinating face of the week” is a limited period contest valid from 14th Jan 2016 – 4th Feb 2016 (Contest Period), brought to you by India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd and is open to citizens of India resident in India only except Tamil Nadu. This contest is not open for participants from the State of Tamil Nadu in view of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act, 1979.

2. Employees of India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd its affiliates, representatives and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Citizens of foreign countries residing in India and/or Non Resident Indians are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
3. The participant must read and abide by all the terms and conditions before taking part in the contest. The participation in the Contest shall imply that participant has read through and agreed to adhere to the terms and conditions and be bound by them.
4. Material pertaining to “Fascinating face of the week Contest” is the property of India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd.
5. No entry fee is charged to participate in the Contest.
6. Participant Images with Maximum Likes will be declared as winner by India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd. Total 15 winners will be selected from Facebook
7. India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd holds all the rights to select or reselect winners in case of discrepancy.
8. Every person logging on to the Facebook profile page of India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd shall be eligible to play the online Contest. Every participant shall be allowed one attempt to play the online contest.
9. Winners will be given away Yamaha T- Shirts & Yamaha Calendar
10. Prizes not claimed within 30 days will be forfeited by India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd in its sole and absolute discretion.
11. The winning participants shall be informed of the result on Yamaha Facebook /Twitter page.
12. All taxes and other levies or charges applicable to the prizes shall be borne by the participants/winners and the same shall be deducted at the time of giving the prize
13. Decision of India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd in all matters relating to this Contest, including draws and prizes, shall be final and binding on the participants.
14. Participants shall share their images with Yamaha Bike / Scooter at yes@yamaha-motor-india.com

15. Moderation Criteria for the selection of Images :
a. Rider should be wearing helmet while riding
b. No presence of competitor branding
c. Image should not be blurred or Pixelated
d. Yamaha Bike / Scooter must be highlighted

16. The Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute.
17. India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to vary, amend, and alter any terms of the Contest including the right to withdraw the Contest, at any time, without any notice.
18. All participants entering the Contest on the Yamaha Facebook page shall be deemed to have unconditionally agreed to the terms of the Contest and all decisions of India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd in connection with this Contest.

19. By accepting a prize, Participants’ consent to the use of their name, photograph and/or likeness, voice, and statements made by or attributed to them, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including, without limitation, print, broadcast, and Internet), for all legitimate business purposes of India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd including advertising and promotional activities without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

20. The decision of the Yamaha Jury members will be final and binding. All winners will be required to submit proof of identity (Passport / Driving License / Voters ID / PAN Card).The winners shall be announced on Yamaha Motor India Facebook & Twitter page.
21. In the event the prizes are delivered in a broken or damaged condition, the same shall be reported at the time of the receipt of the same itself. No subsequent claims shall be entertained.
