Details :
** We wish to inform that this year (2015) Northern India Regional Council of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India is organizing 13th All India Moot Court Competition for Students of ICSI.
** The National Level Competition will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at ICSI-NIRC, New Delhi.
** The Chennai Round will be held on Tuesday, the 14th July, 2015 at 11.00 A.M at “ICSI-SIRC House”, No.9, Wheat Crofts Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai – 600 034.
** The competition is open only to registered students of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
** Those who have appeared for the CS / Law final examinations and results not declared are also eligible to participate.
** Students who have passed professional level examinations, completed Law, Chartered Accountants & Cost Accountants courses are not eligible to participate.
** One team consisting of minimum two and maximum four students can participate in the Chennai Round competition.
** The winning team will participate in the Regional Level Round scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 21st July, 2015 at “ICSI-SIRC House”, No.9, Wheat Crofts Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai – 600 034.

The Competition will be held at three levels:
** Chapter Level
** Regional Level
** National Level
** All the Chapters in the first instance will conduct the Moot Court Competition for the students at Chapter level latest by 3rd July 2015.
** The winning team from each Chapter level event consisting of minimum two and maximum four students would be participating in the respective Regional Level to be held on or before 14th July 2015.
** The first two teams(Winner & Runner Up) comprising of minimum two and maximum four students from each Region will be participating in the National Level event to be held at NIRC Premises at New Delhi on Wednesday, July 29, 2015.
** A Memento/Commendation Certificate would be presented to the “Winning Team” of the above said National event at any forthcoming convocation of the Institute.
** Exact date & venue of the same shall be intimated in due course.
** We request you to kindly approach your nearest chapter office for participating in the Chapter level competition to be held latest by 3rd July, 2015.
** The Regional Level Competition will be held on 14th July, 2015 from 10.30 AM onwards at ICSI-NIRC Building, Plot No. 4, Prasad Nagar Institutional Area, New Delhi-110005.
** NIRC will at first instance organise preliminary round for the students directly participating in Delhi RO and the winning team of the preliminary round will be competing with the winning teams of chapters for adjudging the Regional Level winner and Runner up of the competition.
