Eligibility:
Entry to Contest is open to persons who are residents of India, who are 18 (eighteen) years of age or above as on the date of entry to the Contest and who have a valid email account and/or Twitter and/or Facebook and/or Instagram account.

Entry to participate in the Contest is by registration through email to digital.studios@disney.in or direct message on
(i) facebook.com/UTVMotionPictures;
(ii) twitter.com/utvfilms; or
(iii) instagram.com/utvfilms; (“Contest Webpages”) and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is compulsory. Failure to expressly accept the various terms and conditions for registration will lead to disqualification from entering into the Contest

Participation:
** Entrants may participate in the Contest by submitting entries via Facebook message, Twitter direct message, Instagram message or via email. and providing their submissions to UTV during the Contest Period (defined below) and in such manner as may be required by UTV and instructed on the Contest Webpages.
** The entrants shall be provided access to the following content (“Content”) in relation to the Hindi motion picture titled “Fitoor” (“Picture”): movie poster and few stills of Aditya Roy Kapur and Katrina Kaif (“Lead Cast”) from the Picture. Each entrant shall be required to use the Content to create sketches of the Lead Cast either individually or together (“Contest Submissions”).
** There are no restrictions on the number of Contest Submissions that an entrant can make per day for the Contest Period. Any Contest Submission provided other than in the manner contemplated in these Terms and Conditions, or in any manner other than as specifically instructed on the Contest Webpages shall automatically stand disqualified.
** All applicable central, state and local laws and regulations apply. Offer/Contest void where prohibited.

Contest Period:
The Contest is active and valid only from February 1, 2016 to February 12, 2016 (both days inclusive).

Winners:

** Out of all the valid Contest Submissions to the Contest during the Contest Period, the Lead Cast (“Judges”) shall select 3 (three) winners (“Winners”) at the end of the Contest Period.
** The Contest Submission of the Winner shall be selected at the sole discretion of the Judges and the Judges’ decision shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into about the Contest or the Judges’ decision(s).
** The Winners shall be notified by email and/or by telephone.
** To claim the Winner Prize (as defined below), the Winners should follow the instructions contained in their notifications. UTV accepts no responsibility for any variation in the Winner Prize.
** The Disney India Studio Marketing team (as administrator of the Contest) may determine the validity of the Contest Submissions of entrants in their sole discretion.

The Winner will be disqualified, if the Winner:
(i) is found to be below 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of claiming the Winner Prize;
(ii) is a non-resident of India; and/or
(iii) fails to meet any other eligibility requirements, all as on the date of entry.

Prize Selection:
** The Winner shall get an opportunity to meet the Lead Cast of the Picture at such time and place as may be notified by UTV to the Winners The exact date and location of the meet and greet shall be determined by UTV in its sole discretion (“Winner Prize”).
** UTV will not be responsible for arranging for the necessary travel of the Winner and such responsibility will be solely on the Winner, on the terms as may be set out in the notification sent to the Winners and upon agreement to such terms and execution of such appropriate documentation as required by UTV.
