What is the contest duration?:
The contest commences from 15 December 2015 and ends on 15 February 2016 (inclusive) (“Contest Period”).

How do I participate?:
To enter, participants are required to
a. Sign Up or log into their PayPal account; and
b. Make an Eligible Purchase.
c. Each Eligible Purchase is considered as one transaction.
d. Share a caption of not more than 120 characters on PayPal’s official Facebook page using the #HassleFreeWithPayPal & tell us “Shopping with PayPal is safe because..”.
e. After participating user would be required to share their PayPal transaction details when prompted by PayPal.
f. Users can earn brownie points by opting in for Refunded returns.

Eligibility Criteria:
a. The contest is open to all Indian residents only.
b. Eligible purchases include a payment for the sale of goods or services made during the specified contest period. For the avoidance of doubt, refunded transactions, mass payments, business to business transactions and personal payments (such as to friends or family) will be excluded (Eligible Purchase).
c. PayPal employees and their families are not eligible to participate.

How would the winner be selected?:
Winners will be selected on the basis of the quality of their caption and the validity of their transaction details.

What will I win?:
There are 4 Apple iPads up for grabs, you could win one of them!

How will the winners be announced?:
** Winner of the grand prize will be notified via email within 3 working days of the prize announcement date.
** The prize will be delivered to the Winner within 14 working days of the prize announcement date.
** Should a Winner be disqualified for reasons including but not limited to fraud, unauthorised intervention or an account is found not to be in good standing, PayPal reserves the right to select and announce an alternative winner for the prize.
** Winners must accept and collect the prize offered at the date, time and venue notified to them. Should a winner not accept the prize after 3 months of notification or does not respond to PayPal notifications, PayPal reserves the right to select and announce an alternate winner for the prize.

The winner must produce the following documents to PayPal or its authorised representative for inspection when collecting prizes couriered/emailed to their collection/email address provided:
** the email notification notifying the participants that they have won; and
** a set of his/her proof of original identity card or passport.
