Lifebuoy Handwash Star Wars Contest :

The Contest shall commence on 21st December 2015 and end on 20th February 2016. There will be no acceptance of any entries for any reason whatsoever after the contest ends.

To participate in this Contest, a consumer needs to follow the below mentioned steps:
** The Consumer needs to give miss-call to the toll-free number – 18002124432
** Immediately, the Consumer will receive an SMS with a link to a mobile friendly website
** The Consumer would have to follow the instructions given in the link, and validate through the steps involved, including inserting the unique code provided in the pack
** The Consumer would also have to upload the desired picture on the link provided
** Upon completing the steps involved, the final superimposed image will be sent to the Consumer
** Upon completion of the steps, the Consumer will also enter the lucky draw to be undertaken

The prizes shall include:
** Assured Star Wars poster with the super imposed image uploaded by the Consumer. The poster will be capable of being shared in social networking sites, and would also be e-mailed to the Consumer
** 50 winners will also win light sabers every day through the promotion period. The Chance to Win a Light Saber as Not Applicable in the State of Tamil Nadu.

Other Terms & Conditions:

** Participation in the contest is open to consumers who, on the date of entry, are legal residents of India, at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or older. In the event the participation is made by minors, they should have the express consent of their parents / guardian. Such permission shall be verified by, and at the sole discretion of Hindustan Unilever Limited (“HUL”).

** Employees, officers, directors and their immediate family members of the HUL and their respective parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, legal and financial advisors and all other companies associated with this Contest are not eligible to enter.

** HUL has the sole right to withdraw/ edit any aspect of the Contest at its discretion and/or alter the terms and conditions without prior notice and such withdrawal/editing and/or alteration of terms and conditions with/without prior notice shall be final and binding from the day of such amendment, as updated in this website.

** Entries may only be submitted by individual Consumers. Group entries will not be accepted (although different individuals might have taken part in the making of an entry, only one individual whose image has been uploaded for the purposes of this contest shall be the considered participant for the same.).

** All entries must be submitted in the English language and in accordance to the instructions provided in the link. Entries not submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in relation to this contest and the terms and conditions herewith, shall not be considered for the Contest and HUL shall bear no responsibility for any such entries.

** Consumers grant unequivocal permission to HUL and its agents to store the photographs of the Consumers subject to the privacy policy of HUL. Such photographs may be used by HUL for any promotional purposes of Lifebuoy, and no other additional permission of any manner shall be required from the Consumers in this regard.

** HUL may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any submissions and prohibit further participation in this Contest of any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the submission process or with the operation of this Contest or acts in violation of these terms and conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

** Consumer represents and warrants that the image uploaded by the Consumer is original, and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party in any manner. The Consumer also represents that the pictures uploaded are not offensive, abusive, pornographic, obscene or objectionable in any manner. HUL, in its sole discretion, can disqualify any Consumer from further participation, and not extend the assured prize, if the picture uploaded is found to violate the above representations and warranties.

** It is understood and acknowledged by the Consumer that no rights with respect to any Star Wars image is being transferred to the Consumer in any manner, and all such rights shall be reserved to Disney at all times. Consumer agrees to indemnify and hold HUL and its agents, officers and employees harmless against all losses and damages that may occur due to an act, omission, negligence, or deliberate act of the Participant.

** By participating in this contest, the Consumers also agree to receive further communication or intimations, though sms / call / e-mail from HUL, with respect to surveys, promotions, offers, or advertisements for HUL ors it various brands and products. Prizes are non-transferable, and are offered on a ‘NO EXCHANGE’ basis. This Contest cannot be clubbed with any other offer or contest being run by HUL on Lifebuoy, or any other brand in any manner.

** Prize recipients must, at HUL’s request and free of any charge, participate in any promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the receiving of the prize or in relation to the contest and she consents to HUL using her name and image in any promotional material or activity
