QuizUp Contest Terms & Conditions:

1. All Indian residents aged 18 years and above are eligible to participate in the contest.

2. IndianOil employees are not eligible to participate in the contest.
3. The participant will be required to login to his/her Facebook account to participate in the contest.
4. Each participant needs to access the contest as a reply to the post in Facebook environment.
5. The decision and declaration of valid entry of participation will be on the basis of the participant answering the posted question correctly within first 2 hours of posting the contest question by means of lucky draw amongst the correct answers received.
6. The participants cannot claim cash in lieu of the prize.
7. By participating in this contest every participant agrees to allow to use his/her name and/or photograph for advertising or similar promotions without demanding any compensation.
8. By entering the contest all participants accept and agree to the above terms and conditions. Non-acceptance of any of these terms and conditions will result in disqualification from the contest.
9. IndianOil reserves the right to change curtail/discontinue/extend the contest without notice. Decision of IndianOil is final in all respects and binding on all participants to the contest and no correspondence whatsoever will be entertained in this regard. All disputes shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
10. The contest will be held for the period 8th February 2016 to 14th February 2016.
11.IndianOil reserves the right to cancel, modify, extend or withdraw the offer prematurely at its sole and absolute discretion.
12. Winners will be decided based on the correct answers.
13. Only communicated gratifications shall be distributed to the winners and the same are neither transferable nor upgradeable and no cash payment in lieu of the same will be made.
14.IndianOil shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of this activity.
15. IndianOil shall not be liable for any loss, delay or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation, or otherwise, for any such loss, delay or damage.
16.IndianOil shall not be liable for any loss of prizes due to incorrect address or any other information provided by the winner.
17.IndianOil is not responsible for any malfunction/ server error/ technical fault of any kind either at the participant’s end or the website, which prevents the participant from talking part in the contest.
18. The decision of IndianOil will be final and binding with regard to any dispute arising out of this contest and is non-contestable. No correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
19.Upon declaration of the winners, every winner would be required to share his/her complete contact with IndianOil to claim the gratification.
20.IndianOil reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. IndianOil and its agencies reserve the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
21. IndianOil may, in their absolute discretion require that the individual provide photographic identification or some other acceptable form of identification or proof of age before awarding the prize.
