** Eureka Forbes Limited, (hereinafter referred to as “Eureka Forbes”) is holding a special offer which is valid throughout India except in the states where prohibited by law, from 10th Feb, 2016 to 10th Mar, 2016, hereinafter “Offer Period”
** The Offer is valid for Indian Residents who are 13 years or above, except employees and family members of Eureka Forbes and its affiliate / associate / subsidiary companies and their suppliers, advertising agencies and event Management Company.
** To be eligible for this offer, the customer should have purchased a product on eurekaforbes.com by making a payment online or opting for Cash On Delivery.
** After the Offer Period, 18 winners will be selected from the offer period (10th Feb 2016 – 20th Mar 2016) on the basis of lucky draw amongst all eligible customers who fulfil the criteria stated in point 3 above.
** Participating in offer implies that the customer agrees to all Terms & Conditions of the Contest and the products. On completion of the offer period, the 18 lucky winners will win Gift vouchers from caratlane.com worth Rs. 2,50,000.
** 3 winners will receive gift vouchers worth Rs. 25,000 each, 5 winners will receive gift vouchers worth Rs. 15,000 each and 10 winners will receive gift vouchers worth Rs. 10,000 each.
** Winners will be selected and announced on the website within a fortnight of campaign completion. Winners will be contacted via email/telephone call.
** In the event that a winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the offer within a period of 5 days, the winner shall forfeit their Prize automatically.
** The participation in the Contest is voluntary. 6. any delay, damage, non-receipt, lost, misrouted prizes.

** Eureka Forbes will not be liable for delay in delivery of prizes due to non-availability of stocks or for any other reason beyond its control.
** In the event of any conflict or inconsistency regarding any instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional material relating to the Offer, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over all such other instructions, rules and conditions.
