SAMAAROH 2k16 Registration:

Cultural:
** Registration should be done through online only.

** Registration fee for every event is Rs 100/- per head in a team (Note : if your team consists of 4 people presenting then for the whole team it would be Rs 400/- )
** Amount has to be paid on the spot on the event day.
** College ID Card and passport size photos are to be brought compulsorily.
** No registration required for the fun events.

Sports:
** Registration form is available to download.
** Fill the form and take a DD of Rs 500/- per each team in the favour of Principal RGMCET, Nandyal payable at Nandyal on or before 20-02-2016
** Only one registration form is acceptable from each college.
** College ID card Passport size photos and Bonafide certificated need to be brought compulsorily.

Cultural Events:
Raga
** Open to all Individuals with a Registration
** Contestants should report 5 min. before the scheduled time of event. (If participating in multiple events contact the corresponding coordinator)
** The participants are allotted the max. time limit of 2 min.
** The judging is based on various factors like dynamics involved in singing, any improvisations, etc.
** The decision of the judge is final
** Score sheets are confidential.
** Any act of indiscipline may lead to disqualification.
** No karaoke, instruments are allowed

Choreo Wars
** Open to all individuals with a Registration.
** Solo or Group can be performed.
** Prize money is different for both.
** Judgement will be based on Your Stage Presenece, Costumes, Choreography etc.,
** Judges decision is final.

Round 1: Selection Round (any song of participants choice)
Round 2: Property Round (participants can choose their own properties that are required for their song)
Round 3: Judges Round (a song will randomly picked by the judges and given to each group which has qualified above two rounds and two minuites time will be given to them. They have to perform on spot)
Round 4: Final Round – any theme dance (qualified group/individual must select theme ex: love,college,party,trajedy,etc.)
