#GoForRed Contest :

1. The Vogue #GoForRed contest is organized by Conde Nast (India) Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “CNI”) and AVON.

2. By participating in the Contest you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Participation in the Contest are as follows:

You being the Participant may participate in the contest (said “Contest) by logging on: twitter.com/vogueindia and using #GoForRed in the tweets or facebook.com/VogueIndia and commenting on the contest posts with the correct answer (total 4 questions) and also by fulfilling contest requirements as set out therein. Four (4) winners will be selected as per the terms hereof by lucky CNI based on best answer.

4. This Contest shall run for a period from7th February 2016 till 23rd February 2016.
5. Declaration of the winner will be done on the Twitter & Facebook page within a week of contest completion. The winner will be informed by email.
6. The decision of CNI with regards thereto shall be final and binding on all participants and no correspondence will be entered into or entertained in this regards.
7. By registering for and/or participating in the said contest, the Participant(s) is deemed to have accepted the terms hereof and agrees that the same shall be binding upon the participant unconditionally.
8. Participants must ensure that the information provided is authentic and accurate, and shall not contain any unauthorized third-party information.

9. The information is deemed to be voluntarily supplied and /or personal information provided by the winner/s as non-confidential, which hereby discharges all obligations of confidentiality. Conde Nast shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute the information to third parties without limitation.

10. Conde Nast India is not liable in any manner whatsoever for the failure of prize notification to winners due to inaccurate and incorrect information.
11. Participants who provide inaccurate and incorrect information shall be solely responsible for any losses and damages suffered by Conde Nast India and/or any third party, Participants must ensure that the information provided is authentic and accurate, and shall not contain any unauthorized third-party information.

12. Conde Nast India reserves the right to replace any winner if he/she is found to be disqualified.
13. Winner shall note that the prize is non-refundable, non –transferable and not exchangeable for cash, credit and/or kind either in part or in full. The Prize/s cannot be sold or bartered in any manner whatsoever.
14. The winner is deemed to have read these terms and conditions and is deemed to have understood and accept the same as binding upon the winner.
15. The Winner will get Lipstick Hamper from AVON.
16. This contest is open to all the resident of India and to enter the contest the participant(s) shall be at least 18 years or above at the time of participation.

17. CNI are committed to operating a fair and consistent Contest. Please note that CNI is unable to confirm the integrity of any other Contest Participation method except for the official participation by participating online as more particularly mentioned hereinabove.

18. CNI reserves the right to replace any winner/s if he/she is disqualified by CNI and/or does not acknowledge its prize within one week of declaration thereof by CNI. All eligible contestants who fulfill the contest mechanics are accepted only once into the lucky draw.
19. There is no cash alternative to the prize.
