Promo Terms & Conditions :
** This Programme is called the “Lay’s Flight of Flavours Promo” (the ‘Programme’ or ‘Promotion’).
** This Programme is brought to you by PepsiCo India Holdings Private Limited (“PepsiCo”) hereinafter referred to as ‘Organizers’.
** The Programme is open to all Indian citizens of 18 years of age or above residing in India except the employees and family members of PepsiCo, its associate companies, its bottlers, its JV Partners, its co-packers, its distributors, its Agents, its advertising and promotional agencies and its Auditors and their associate companies (‘Participant’).
** The Promotion is valid from 14th February 2016 to 30th April 2016, both dates inclusive. The promotion is preponed and will be valid from 7th February 2016 to 30th April 2016, both dates inclusive (“ Promotion Period”)
** The Programme is valid on the following packs and variants of Lay’s (“Product”), plying this offer on the pack of the Product.

Participation:
** The Participant will need to purchase any of the aforementioned variants of the Product during the Promotion Period, where he/she will find an alphanumeric code (“Code”) printed on the back side of the Product wrapper.
** The Participant will have to send the Code printed on the Product wrapper, to 08980808080 through SMS.
** The cost of sending an SMS will be as per the applicable tariff of the relevant service provider. It is clarified that the service provider will not share any revenue generated by the participant call in with the Organizers or their associates in any manner whatsoever.
** All users participating in this Promo, whether directly or indirectly, will waive conditions of DND registration and the Organizer shall not assume any responsibility in this regard.
** The users / participants could also be contacted anytime through voice calls, SMS for campaign updates and participation during the duration of the promotion.
** Entries are deemed to be submitted at the time of receipt of the SMS into the Organizers data base, and not at the time of transmission by the participants.
** Organizers do not guarantee delivery of SMS and are not responsible in case the SMS does not reach the specified number due to any reason, including network problem.

Prize:

Daily Prize:
** Each Daily Prize shall comprise of 1 (one) LED TV (108cm) 43 and a Home theatre system, Combined MRP Rs. 65,000/- (Rupees Sixty Five Thousand Only) approx.
** The combined MRP of the LED TV and Home theatre System indicated in this Promotion is the price prevailing as on date of launch of the Programme and the Organizer is not responsible in any price variation at the time of redemption of the Daily Prize.
** Total 84 daily Winners will be declared during the Promotion Period.

Weekly Prize:
Every week the Organizer will select one Weekly winner who will be entitled to a international trip (along with a companion) .
