Terms & Conditions:
1. The competition is open to Indian residents 18 years or over. Employees of National Geographic Traveller India, its regular contributors, and those working with the parent company Amar Chitra Katha Private Limited (“the Company”) are not eligible to participate.
2. The competition was launched on 1 February 2016. All entries must be received by midnight IST on 29 February 2016.
3. There will be no confirmation email for your entry. The winner will be contacted by phone.
4. Incomplete entries will not be considered.
5. The winner will be selected from submitted correct entries via a lucky draw organised by the National Geographic Traveller India through its Publisher Amar Chitra Katha Pvt. Ltd.
6. All results are final and binding and no further questions, complaints or explanations will be entertained or provided.
7. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
8. Taxes, if any, will have to be borne by the winner.
9. The participants agree that the details shared in the entry forms become the property of Amar Chitra Katha Pvt Ltd and information can be used by the company for commercial, promotional and any other purposes that Amar Chitra Katha Pvt Ltd sees fit. The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
