This contest is brought to you by Nissan Motor Co., Ltd and/or NMIPL (Referred to as NMIPL hereon) and managed by D2NA (referred as ‘contest managing body’ hereon) on behalf of NMIPL. By participating in this contest, the participant agrees to be bound by this agreement. The information on this contest provided by NMIPL, is subject to the participant’s agreement to the terms and conditions below.

Eligibility:
** The free-to-enter contest to be conducted on Twitter and Facebook timeline (“#ISayYes”) with videos, photos, documents etc. herein after referred to as the “contest” is open only to legal residents of India who are at least Eighteen (18) years of age as on 23rd February, 2016.

** Employees, agents, partners or officers of NMIPL or of any entity involved in the development, production, implementation and distribution of the contest, including any advertising or promotion agency, parent company, service provider, subsidiary or affiliate of any such entity or any other entity directly associated with NMIPL or any member of the immediate family of and/or person living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter the contest.

Contest Entry:
** The contest will begin on 23rd February 2016. You must be a member of the Twitter and Facebook website to enter. You may become a member of Twitter or Facebook website by providing your full name, date of birth, gender and email address to create a participant name and password.

** Visitor to the sites twitter.com/DatsunIndia; hacebook.com/DatsunIndiaCars may opt not to enter the contest as the same is not mandatory. There is no entry fee for this using this contest. To enter the contest, the participants need to read and follow the instructions provided.

How to enter the contest:
1. Follow the Twitter page (twitter.com/DatsunIndia) or like the Facebook page (facebook.com/DatsunIndiaCars)
2. Anyone participating in the contests need to reply to the contest tweet on Twitter/ contest post on Facebook. The participant must send in their entries as a Reply with the contest hashtag (#ISayYes) on the contest tweet/ post.
3. Participants with the best entries will be announced on our SM pages and contacted shortly after.

Terms and Condition of the Contest Participation:
** This contest is managed by D2NA on behalf of NMIPL (referred as ‘contest managing body’) and NMIPL is not liable in case of any misplacement.
** The contest managing body reserves all the right to change, curtail or discontinue the contest without any prior notice in any form. Decision of NMIPL or contest managing body is final in all respects and binding on all participants to the offer and no correspondence whatsoever will be entertained in this regard.
** By entering the contest all participants confirm having understood all the terms and conditions stated in this document and accept those terms and conditions. Non-acceptance of any of these terms and conditions will result in disqualification of the participant.
** NMIPL or contest managing body will not be held responsible for any discrepancies related to submitting entries in the contest.
** NMIPL or contest managing body may at any time modify, discontinue, or suspend its operation of this contest, or any part thereof, temporarily or permanently, without notice to the participant
