Fitness Fest Quiz Contest :

The Fitness Fest App-only Quiz contest (“Contest”) is brought to you by Garmin India Pvt. Ltd. (“Garmin”/ “Brand”) and made available to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”/ “Amazon”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest.

Eligibility:
You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Details of the Contest & How to Enter:
** This Contest will commence from 1st January, 2017 at 12:00:00 (IST) and end on 3rd January, 2017 at 00:00:00 (IST) (“Contest Period”).
** In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period you must sign-in to or sign-up from an account on the Amazon.in App (“Amazon.in App”)
** Once you have signed-in to the Amazon.in App, you can participate by navigating to the page where a question will be posted on the day of the Contest Period regarding Garmin / Brand. The question will be posted at 12:00:00 (IST).
** Thereafter, if you answer correctly to the question at the first attempt and do not subsequently re-enter another answer to the same question, you will be entitled for a lucky draw which will be carried out amongst participants who have answered that particular question correctly.
** The draw of lots will be carried out during the Contest Period for the question and 6 (six) participants will be selected as the winners by a random draw of lots for the question on each day of the Contest Period.
** The declared winner(s) will be eligible for winning a Garmin Vívosmart HR Activity Tracker worth Rs. 14999 (hereinafter referred to as “Prize(s)”).
** Each participant will be eligible to receive only one Prize under the Contest Period.

By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

Other Contests:
Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit and/ or prize awarded in any other promotion/ contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.

Prizes:
There is a total of 9 (nine) Prizes that will be given under this Contest. The Prize(s) will be delivered to the winner on or before 15th February, 2017 by Garmin India Pvt. Ltd.. Amazon will not be responsible and/ or liable for handling, entertaining or resolving any queries or grievances regarding the status, fulfillment, use or misuse of the Contest in any manner whatsoever. Amazon will not mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the participant and Garmin India Pvt. Ltd..

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘Details of the Contest and the How to Enter’ section above.
