Photography Contest Terms & Conditions:

** The participant must be the sole author and owner of the copyright of all the photographs submitted

** The photographs should relate to the topic given for photocontest
** The photograph should have 1000 pixels width
** The photographs should not exceed 1MB
** The photograph should be submitted as jpg Format
** Only cropping and basic correction can be done through photoshop
** We reserve the right to alter, amend, change or modify the content during the campaign. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly of such changes/events sufficiently in advance
** Shorlisted particpants will be notified via the mobile number / email id provided
** Short-listed participants should send the pictures in 12×8 size ,300 resolution to Mathrubhumi
** The shortlisted photographs will be exhibited during Mathrubhumi Karshikamela event and winners will be declared during the event
** Mathrubhumi does not accept any liability for the publication of unlawfully reproduced images
** Winner of the contest will be declared by Mathrubhumi Printing and Publishing Co Ltd.
** Winners will also be notified via the mobile number / email id provided
** Final decision regarding winners will be taken by Mathrubhumi Printing and Publishing Co Ltd and it will be binding to all participants
** The award given to winners cannot be exchanged to any other gifts
** Taxes if any should be borne by the winner
** No employees of Mathrubhumi shall be eligible to participate in the contest
** The photographs can be also mailed to karshika2016@gmail.com
** The Last date for submitting the entries is April 3rd, 2016
** Any disputes between the contestant and the organiser shall be referred to the jurisdiction under Kozhikode Only
