** This contest is eligible only for the Residents of India of the age of 15 years and above.

** To win this contest, it’s mandatory for the participant to be a member of Surya Roshni India Facebook Page on Facebook.com. (facebook.com/suryalighting)

** This contest will be starting from 11th of April, 2016 till team Kings XI Punjab matches remains active in the season. No entries will be acceptable after the said contest period.

** Every week One Lucky Participant will be declared as the winner or if in a week there are two matches of Kings XI Punjab One Lucky Participant from each match will be declared as the winner and will be awarded with one couple ticket (each for one winner) for the next Kings XI Punjab match to be held on home grounds.

And for the Matches to be held on non-home grounds, Flipkart Voucher worth Rs 1000 would be given as the prize to the winner.

** The player who will be declared as the Man of the Match irrespective of the team, will be termed as the Surya of the Match.

** We would also consider closest guesses while predicting the Surya of The Match. i.e top 5 performances of the Match (Including Best Bowling, Best Fielding & Best Batting) would also be considered as “Surya of the Match” (Player of the Match) and the person who would predict it first would be entitled to win the Contest for the particular match.

** First Prioirty for the Winning Entry would be given to the person who would guess the Player of the Match i.e Surya of the Match and if someone fails to predict it right then the prize would be awarded to the person who has guessed from one of the top 5 performances of the Match

** The cost for travel to the location of the match would be borne by the Winner (only IPL tickets are included as the Prize).
** Tickets are non transferrable.
** Only tickets to matches of Kings XI Punjab to be held on home grounds would be awarded as the Prize.

** To win this contest, all one needs to do is Like the Surya Roshni Facebook Page, get himself/herself registered and share the answer for #SuryaOfTheMatch on the Facebook App along with the hashtags #SuryaOfTheMatch and #SuryaLED. One Lucky Winner would be announced within 24 hours of the completion of the match.

Kindly make a note that only entries that are received till the first 90 minutes of the match from the commencement of a particular day’s competition (competition commences with the posting of the respective Facebook Post) would be eligible.

** Winners will be required to provide their contact and address details in order to receive their prize.

** Surya Roshni Ltd. and its management at the sole discretion reserves the rights to withdraw, any part or amend or make changes in full in regard to the contest without prior notice. The decision taken shall be final and abiding.

** The employees and their family members of Surya Roshni Ltd. are strictly prohibited to participate in the above said event/contest. Any such reported occurrence shall automatically be liable to termination of the same.

** The decision pertaining to allocation of appropriate prizes, declaration of winners and distribution of other giveaways shall be abiding at the sole discretion of the management of Surya Roshni Ltd. Thereof, any disputes regarding the contest shall be liable to New Delhi Jurisdiction and the prevalent courts.

** All the winners are required to provide the valid proof of their identity within 48 hours post declaration of result else the nomination would stand cancel.
** Any claims after 48 hours of the communications has been sent and exchanged would not be entertained.
** Multiple entries would stand cancelled.
** In case of wrong addresses submitted for claiming the prize, Surya Roshni Ltd. would not be responsible for prizes being returned or not delivered.
