Who can participate:
** Only residents of India can participate in ‘#MadeForAdventure’ Contest (hereon referred to as the ‘contest’)
** Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. employees & employees of suppliers/agencies to Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. cannot participate in this contest.

How to participate:
To qualify for the contest, participants needs to visit the contest section on the ‘Adventure Limited Edition’ page of the website – mahindrascorpio.com (hereon referred to as the ‘Website’):
** Share the most exciting adventure they have been on – in the form of text, picture or video
** Submit their complete details
** A person can take part in the contest multiple times during the duration of the contest.
** Purchase/ booking of ‘Scorpio Adventure’ is mandatory to qualify for the contest prizes.
** Mahindra & Mahindra will not be responsible for downtime on the services, caused due to technicalities (like failure of hardware equipment, configuration issue, network congestion), or due to decisions/changes in regulations that are carried out by TRAI, RBI, DoT or any other regulatory body.

Prizes:
1st prize: One winner will get vehicle accessories worth Rs 30,000 from the dealership where the ‘Scorpio Adventure’ is purchased.
2nd prize: One winner will get vehicle accessories worth Rs 25,000 from the dealership where the ‘Scorpio Adventure’ is purchased.
3rd prize: One winner will get vehicle accessories worth Rs 20,000 from the dealership where the ‘Scorpio Adventure’ is purchased.

Winners:
** Winners must complete/furnish all the required government identity/age/address proofs in order to claim their prizes/gift.
** Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. will not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss.
** Participants must ensure that the name, phone and email address in the contest are same as what is shared at the dealership at the time of booking/ purchase
** To claim the prize, winner will have to share the proof of purchase/ booking of ‘Scorpio Adventure’ when contacted by Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd
** Accessories can only be purchased from the dealer from whom the ‘Scorpio Adventure’ has been booked/ purchased.
** Accessory value will be calculated on the MRP.
** Prize value can be utilized only for purchase of vehicle accessories of the Scorpio.
** Installation & labour charges of the accessories to be borne by the winner.
** Only bookings/ purchase made till the closure of the contest will qualify as eligible entries for prizes
** Prize can be claimed only after the delivery of the ‘Scorpio Adventure’ has been taken, and before 25th June 16
** Cancellation of booking/ purchase will automatically lead to revocation of the prize.
** Winners must claim the prize in the manner communicated by Mahindra. In case the winner fails to claim the prize on or before the specified date, he/she shall be deemed to have surrendered the prize.

Winner Selection
** The winners will be shortlisted by the internal jury at Mahindra basis the quality and uniqueness of the experience shared.
** The jury shall be decided by Mahindra and the decision of the Jury shall be final & binding.
** Winners will be declared within the next 15 working days after the end of the Contest

Duration of contest:
The contest will run from 25th April, 2016 to 25th May 2016. Opening and closing time will be IST. Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd reserves the right to extend the duration of the contest at its discretion.
