ItsTimeForAlice” (“Contest”) to be conducted by UTV Software Communications Limited (UTV).

Eligibility:
An entry to Contest is open to persons who are residents of India, who are 18 (eighteen) years of age or above as on the date of entry and who have a valid Twitter and/or Facebook account. Entry to participate in the Contest is by answering all contest questions set out on the Contest Webpage (“Contest Questions”) in a manner as instructed on the twitter.com/disneyfilmindia and facebook.com/disneyfilmsindia/ (“Contest Webpage”) and set out herein.

Participation:
** Entrants may participate in the Contest by answering all the Contest Questions by tweeting or posting the response using the hashtag “#ItsTimeForAlice” on the entrants’ Twitter or Facebook account in the manner as may be required by UTV. Entrants shall not participate in the Contest more than once.

** Directors, officers and employees of UTV, or any of their respective affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising and promotional agencies, sponsors of the Contest, associate vendors and immediate families of each are not eligible to enter the Contest. All applicable central, state and local laws and regulations apply. Offer/Contest void where prohibited.

Contest Period:
The Contest is active and valid only from May 24, 2016 to May 28, 2016 from 11.00 a.m. to 11.59 p.m.

Winners:
** Out of all the entries to the Contest during the Contest Period, a maximum of 30 (thirty) entries from Facebook and 20 (twenty) entries from Twitter shall be selected by the judges at the end of the Contest Period on the basis of the complete and correct responses to all the Contest Questions (“Winners”).

** In the event, more than 50 (fifty) persons submit the correct responses to all the Contest Questions, only 50 (fifty) Winners shall be selected on the basis of random selection.  The Winners shall be eligible for merchandise of Alice Through The Looking Glass, from UTV (as per UTV’s sole discretion), on the terms as may be set out in the notification sent to the Winners (“Prize(s)”).

** The Winners shall be required to furnish such information as required by UTV for the purpose of verification of identity and availing of the Prize. If any Winner is found to be below 18 (eighteen) years of age or a non-resident of India, as on the date of entry, he/she shall be disqualified.

Winner Selection:
** The Winner selection for the Contest shall take place at the registered address of UTV. The judges may determine the correctness and validity of the entries of entrants in their sole discretion. The judges’ decision shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into about the Contest or the judges’ decision(s).

** It is hereby clarified that the information provided by the entrants on entering the Contest is required to be true and correct and needs to be submitted within the timelines as set out on the Contest Webpage. In the event, the information provided by the entrant is found to be untrue or false, the judges shall have all rights to reject the entry, at their sole discretion

Restrictions and Exclusions for Prize:
** The Prize may not be exchanged for cash. The Prize returned as undelivered or otherwise not claimed/availed within 7 (seven) days after delivery of notification shall be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner unless otherwise stated.
** The Prize is awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
** In the event the Winners do not accept or agree to the terms as stated herein, the Prize shall remain with UTV who on its sole discretion may offer the same to the next eligible winner.
