Writer & Colours Contest Terms & Condition :

** The following terms and conditions shall be applicable to the participants / entrants of the activities, namely Camlin presents Tinkle Writer’s Hunt Season 2 contest and Camlin Colours contest(“Promotional Activity”) undertaken by Amar Chitra Katha Private Limited (“ACK”) for the monthly publications, Tinkle and Tinkle Digest (“Tinkle”)

** The Promotional Activity is open for resident Indian nationals only. This Promotional Activity is strictly governed by the laws of India including the Privacy Laws of India. The participants must be between the age group of 4 (Four) to 14 (Fourteen) years to participate in the Promotional Activity.

** Employees, agents and promoters (including their immediate family members) of ACK and / or Kokuyo Camlin Limited (“Camlin”)and any of their divisions, affiliates and subsidiaries, and others associated with the Promotional Activity in any manner, are not eligible to participate in the Promotional Activity.

** Participants must provide a write-up, created originally by them on the topic provided in the monthly issue of Tinkle or must appropriately colour the picture so provided in the monthly issue of Tinkle and send it to ACK by email on camlinwritercontest@ack-media.com or camlincolourscontest@ack-media.com or other mediums as provided by ACK, to participate in the Promotional Activity.

** There is no entry fee required to participate in the Promotional Activity. The Promotional Activity shall be open for participation commencing from January, 2016 to December, 2016.

** At the end of every month, ACK shall, at its sole discretion, select participants (“Selected Participants”). Such Selected Participants shall be eligible for winning bicycles and other prizes. ACK shall also give away other 100 consolation prizes to other participants, as ACK may deem fit. The decision of ACK in this regards shall be final and binding.

** At the end of the Promotional Activity period, ACK shall at its sole discretion, select and grantone Participant each from the Writer Contest and Colour Contest, a scholarship of Rs. 1 (One) Lakh (Rupees One Lakh only) each, respectively [i.e. Rs. 1 (One) Lac for the Writer Contest and Rs. 1 (One) Lac for the Colour Contest].Any taxes applicable on the prizes or prize amount shall be borne by the Prize Winners and shall be subject to applicable taxes.

** ACK shall arrange to send the prizes to the winners at their registered address. Camlinand Amar Chitra Kathashall not be responsible for any technical disruption and/or failure/ server problems and/ or any other difficulties of such nature, due to which the participant is unable to participate in the Promotional Activity.

** Camlinand ACK shall not be responsible for any technical disruption and/or failure/ severe problems and/ or any other difficulties of such nature, due to which the participant is unable to participate in the Promotional Activity/ ACK reserves the right to disqualify any participant from participating in the Promotional Activity without assigning any reason.

** The participants will need to provide their name, mobile number, address and email ID. The Personal Identifiable Information is requested to identify the Selected Participants, inform them and select the winner.

** Save and except for the Selected Participants, Personal Identifiable Information is not retained by ACK and Camlin or its agencies under any circumstances and is deleted from all of our records within forty-five (45) days of completion of the Promotional Activity, and declaration of Prizes.

** ACK and / or its representatives shall contact the Selected Participants on the mobile number submitted at the time of participating in the Promotional Activity. ACKand/or its representatives shall make a maximum of 2 attempts within 24 hours to contact the Selected Participants on his/her mobile number.

** In the event, ACK and/or its representatives are not able to establish successful contact with the Selected Participants (i.e. in case the mobile number is switched off, busy is not answered), thatSelected Participant shall not be considered for thePrize.

** Upon successful contact with the Selected Participant, the Selected Participant shall be required to email his/her mailing address and any document that may be required by Camlin and ACKat its discretion within forty eight (48) hours of contacting the Selected Participant.

** In the event, the Selected Participant fails to provide the required information in the stipulated time; such Selected Participant shall not be eligible to receive the Prize.

** Participants acknowledge that they will not hold liableACK and/orCamlin and/or any of its affiliates or agencies engaged by them with regard to this Promotional Activity and/or for any loss or opportunity, monetary loss due to their participation in the Promotional Activity.

** Your participation in the Promotional Activityby sharing the responses shall be construed as an acceptance of the aforementionedterms and conditions. Providing information to ACKis your choice.
