Fun Story In 10 Contest Terms & Conditions :
1. The Contest ‘Fun Story in 10’shall run from 2ndJune, 2016 to 9thJune, 2016.

2. The Contest ‘Fun Story in 10’ is organized by Hyundai Motors India Ltd. (HMIL). The Contest is valid only in India.
3. To participate in the Contest using a valid Twitter ID, the participants have to follow below steps:
** Log into valid Twitter id o Has to be a follower of the handle Hyundai India
** Share your stories by tagging @HyundaiIndia using the hashtag #IndianCarOfTheYoung
** Multiple entries from the same handle will be considered valid
** More the number of entries shared, the better will be the chances of winning the iPhone 6S Plus & other exciting prizes
4. The ‘Fun Story in 10’ contest will be held on Twitter. Entries need to be registered on our official Twitter page.
5. For recording the entry for contest Fun Story in 10, the participant has to tell their road stories within 10 words and using the two hashtag #IndianCarOfTheYoung and #FF or #SS or #HS
6. Tag minimum 1 friend with whom you want to share your driving experience.
7. Tagging the friend(s) and using the hashtag is not included in the 10 word limit.
8. The participants can send in their entries till midnight of 9thJune, 2016.
9. HMIL will choose one lucky winners on or before 17thJune, 2016.
10. One lucky winner will get an iPhone 6S Plus. Other lucky winners will win Amazon vouchers.
11. HMIL also reserves the right to terminate the contest in between without prior notification.
12. Hyundai reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, process or winners and prizes of the contest without prior notification.
13. Entries submitted by the Participants will be finalized by the panel of jury appointed by HMIL and Hyundai who reserve the right not to disclose/change the criteria of selection.
14. Participating in the ‘Fun Story in 10’contest implies that you agree to all Terms & Conditions of the contest. Anybody found using any unfair means will be immediately disqualified.
15. The Contest shall be void in any state where prohibited by law. In such case, HMIL shall not be liable to provide any free cash back, gift(s) or compensation to the participant on any account.
16. The Participants should not deface or disparage any brand of HMIL in any manner in the process of creating and posting their response.
17. By entering the Contest, the participant agrees that HMIL shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize
18. HMIL is not responsible for Participants who are not able to understand the Contest mechanics or for misinterpretation of the same. No correspondence, clarification, explanation in this regard will be entertained by HMIL portal or social platforms
19. For claiming their prizes all winners are required to share the scanned copy of PAN card details for identity verification at an e-mail Id provided by HMIL
20. If a winner does not provide his/her complete postal details along with scanned copy of PAN card within the requisite time, he/she shall not be considered for gratification. HMIL will not be liable for any claim of gratification made after the defined period.
21. In case of non-availability / shortfall of the committed prize, HMIL will compensate with a prize of equal worth.
