Lifebuoy Civil Wars Contest :

The Contest shall commence on 16th May 2016 and end on 14th July 2016. There will be no acceptance of any entries for any reason whatsoever after the contest ends.

To participate in this Contest, a consumer needs to follow the below mentioned steps:
** The consumer needs to sms the 8 digit unique code given on pack on 92237 00037
** Immediately,the consumer will receive an SMS confirming his registration to contest with T&C
** An SMS will be sent to consumer with link which will flash winners on weekly basis.

The prizes shall include:
** 100 winners will win Super Hero 3D Bag every day through the promotion period. The Chance to Win a 3D Bag is Not Applicable in the State of Tamil Nadu.

Other Terms & Conditions:

** Participation in the contest is open to consumers who, on the date of entry, are legal residents of India, at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or older. In the event the participation is made by minors, they should have the express consent of their parents / guardian.

** Such permission shall be verified by, and at the sole discretion of Hindustan Unilever Limited (“HUL”). Employees, officers, directors and their immediate family members of the HUL and their respective parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, legal and financial advisors and all other companies associated with this Contest are not eligible to enter.

** HUL has the sole right to withdraw/ edit any aspect of the Contest at its discretion and/or alter the terms and conditions without prior notice and such withdrawal/editing and/or alteration of terms and conditions with/without prior notice shall be final and binding from the day of such amendment, as updated in this website.

** Entries may only be submitted by individual Consumers. Group entries will not be accepted (although different individuals might have taken part in the making of an entry, only one individual whose image has been uploaded for the purposes of this contest shall be the considered participant for the same.).

** All entries must be submitted in the English language and in accordance to the instructions provided in the link. Entries not submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in relation to this contest and the terms and conditions herewith, shall not be considered for the Contest and HUL shall bear no responsibility for any such entries.

** Consumers grant unequivocal permission to HUL and its agents to store the photographs of the Consumers subject to the privacy policy of HUL. Such photographs may be used by HUL for any promotional purposes of Lifebuoy, and no other additional permission of any manner shall be required from the Consumers in this regard.

** HUL may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any submissions and prohibit further participation in this Contest of any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the submission process or with the operation of this Contest or acts in violation of these terms and conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

** HUL, in its sole discretion, can disqualify any Consumer from further participation, and not extend the assured prize, if the picture uploaded is found to violate the above representations and warranties.
** It is understood and acknowledged by the Consumer that no rights with respect to any Captain America or the movie images is being transferred to the Consumer in any manner, and all such rights shall be reserved to Disney at all times.
** Consumer agrees to indemnify and hold HUL and its agents, officers and employees harmless against all losses and damages that may occur due to an act, omission, negligence, or deliberate act of the Participant.
** By participating in this contest, the Consumers also agree to receive further communication or intimations, though sms / call / e-mail from HUL, with respect to surveys, promotions, offers, or advertisements for HUL ors it various brands and products.
** Prizes are non-transferable, and are offered on a ‘NO EXCHANGE’ basis. This Contest cannot be clubbed with any other offer or contest being run by HUL on Lifebuoy, or any other brand in any manner.

** Prize recipients must, at HUL’s request and free of any charge, participate in any promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the receiving of the prize or in relation to the contest and she consents to HUL using her name and image in any promotional material or activity

** The Prizes under Contest shall be delivered within 60 working days from the date of announcement of the winners.
** HUL will not enter into any correspondence, including email, with non-winning Consumers.
** HUL holds the right to display the picture shared by the participant on all media.
** HUL’s decisions shall be final in all matters relating to this Contest and no correspondences will be entertained.
** It is the responsibility of the Consumers to inform HUL of any change in the address of correspondence.
** Apart from the entitlement to the above prize, the winning Consumers will have no other rights or claim against HUL

** HUL shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.
** All disputes arising out of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai
