Best of Friends Contest Terms & Conditions

1. The Contest will commence on 21th June, 2016 at 9PM Indian Standard Time (IST) and will conclude on 15th July, 2016 at 10PM IST (“Period”) on the Channel. The Contest shall comprise of one multiple choice questions per episode, based on the Program triggered via Aston bands, bumpers and graphical elements on the Channel during the Period (“Question”).

2. To participate in the Contest and to be eligible for the Prize (as defined below), the interested Participant(s) shall be required to correctly answer the Question (“Answer”).
a. by sending SMS in the following format: <FRIENDS1>/<FRIENDS2> A, B, or C to 56882 during the Period or Participants can also participate in the Contest, by logging on to twitter.com/ComedyCentralIn (Contest Site”)
OR
b. provide their answers by using the hashtag #CCFriendsContest and upload the Contest Answer on the Contest Site in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned therein. The Contest Answer must also have the preassigned hashtag.

3. It is clarified that the SMS should contain the respective keywords followed by <space> followed by their options <A/B> for the question. If the Participant(s) provides an incorrect Answer(s) then his/her Entry (as defined below) shall be considered incomplete and the Participant(s) shall not be eligible for the Prize (as defined below).

Answer(s)/Entry(s)received by Organiser after Period will not be considered and shall be deemed null and void without requirement of any further intimation by Organiser. For purposes of this Contest, “receipt” of Answer(s) occurs when the mobile/network operator records the Answer information upon the Participant(s) sending the SMS and the Participant (s) receiving a thank you message.

4. It is clarified that all costs incurred by the Participant (s) to participate in the Contest including but not limited to sending SMS shall be solely borne by the Participant(s) without any recourse to Organiser. The cost charged to the Participant(s) by the respective network provider(s) shall be as follow INR 3/-(Rupees Three Only).

5. Participants are free to choose the method of submitting their Entry(s) and no preference shall be given to any mode of participation over the other.

6. On completion of the Contest Period, 1 Participant per episode, providing the correct Answer for the Question of the Contest for that episode will be declared the daily prize winner and 10 Participants who provided the maximum number of correct Entry(s) during the Contest Period shall be declared as bumper prize winners (“Winners”) of the Contest.

7. The daily Winners shall be declared on the basis of Participant(s) having made a correct valid Entry by way of a random selection based on the criterion mentioned herein during the Period and bumper Winners shall be declared on the basis of Participant(s) having made maximum number of correct valid Entry(s) during the Period .
