Bigg Boss Bangla Voting Rules & Regulations:

1. The Program is a reality show where individuals/participants staying in the Bigg Boss House will nominate their housemates foreviction from the Program (“Shortlisted Participant”) and the viewers will be asked to cast their vote for the Shortlisted Participant whom they want to save from eviction from the Program.

2. However, during the last week of the Program, there shall be no nominations from the housemates for eviction of other housemates. The final winner of the Program shall be elected by way of voting by the viewers of the Program for the Participants as mentioned in rule 12.1 (“Participant”). The Participant who gains the maximum votes from the viewers during the Period (as defined hereinafter) shall be declared as the Winner of the Program.

3. The votes, for each of the episode, should be sent only during the timelines, as more particularly mentioned in rule 13 below. Votes sent after the timelines, shall not be considered and shall be deemed null and void.
4. Prism TV Private Limited (“PTPL”) and/or the Channel reserves the right to change the dates, the timings and days of the episodes of the Program, without giving any prior intimation to the viewers.

5. The telecast of the Program shall commence from 4th April, 2016 at the following timings (“Period”) on the Channel:
i) at 21:00 hours from Monday to Friday
ii) at 21:00 hours on Saturday and Sunday

The votes, for the Participants of the Program should be sent only during the timelines, as stated under Rule 12 below. Votes sent after the timelines, shall not be considered and shall be deemed null and void.

6. During the Period, the Channel will telecast an episode each of the Program every Monday to Sunday (“Week”).
7. To participate in the Poll, the viewers must watch the Program telecast on the Channel during that Week. The viewers by participating in the Poll will get an opportunity to cast their vote to save any Participant(s) who is being nominated in that Week of the Program as detailed in rule 8.1 below.

8. A viewer interested in casting their vote for any particular Participant during the Voting Start Time and Voting End Time of the Program can cast his/her vote by in the manner stated below:
8.1 SMS–Type the short code of the contestant they want to vote for & SMS it to 56060
8.1.1 The viewers using the services of Aircel, Airtel, BSNL, Idea, Loop, MTNLMumbai, Rainbow, Reliance, Tata, Uninor and Vodafone only can cast their votes through SMS.
8.1.2 The viewers can cast their vote in favour of the Participant(s) of the Programin a particular week by the by sending an SMS containing the specific keyword (as specified for each Participant) to 56060.
8.1.3 The SMS should contain the keyword assigned to each of the respective Participant of the Program for the Week of the Program.
8.1.4 For the purposes of the Poll of the Program through SMS, the SMS will be deemed to be received when such SMS reaches the server of the concerned telecom/mobile operator. Any unclear/incorrect/incomplete SMS, including SMS with wrong characters shall be considered invalid entry and deemed null and void.
8.1.5 Votes sent by the voters for a particular Participant during a particular Voting Cycle (as defined below) for that particular Week shall not be considered for the next Voting Cycle.
8.1.6 The cost charged to the viewers by the mobile operators for SMS may be uptoRs. 3/- per SMS.

Online Voting:

A viewer interested to cast his/her vote, Online, will be subject to the following:
8.2.1 To cast his/her vote, the viewer needs to log in to his/her Facebook and/or Twitter pages using their respective log-in id’s and access the Colors Bangla Facebook Page or Twitter Page, as the case may be, or visit the Colors Bangla website viz.
8.2.2 On clicking the Vote option, the viewer will be directed to share his/herFacebook credentials
8.2.3 Upon the sharing of such information, the vote cast by the viewer shall be deemedcompleted and shall be considered for the purpose of Poll.
8.2.4 The viewer will not be charged for login to the page of the Website to cast the vote, however, there will be cost levied, at the applicable rates, by the network provider for using internet connection which should be checked and paid by the viewer at his/her end.
