The Phase 1 of the contest starts from June 17 and ends on the midnight of July 17,2016 IST (Indian Standard Time).

1. Promotion:
(a) How to enter the promotion and to win:
** Participants are invited to join the Contest for 3 nights and 4 days Hotel stay on twin sharing basis in Germany and also 2 return tickets.
** You can participate in the contest by liking the Germany Tourism face book page on www.facebook.com/germanytourism and clicking on the GNTO Germany, Simply Inspiring Promotion page.
** You will be asked to submit your personal details. To be a part of the contest click on tab and follow the simple instructions to stand a chance to win your ideal Germany vacation.

(b) Eligibility:
** To be eligible for the contest the registration of the member must be complete in all respects. All Citizens and Residents of India are eligible to take part in this promotion.
** You must be 18 years or older to be eligible for this promotion and have a valid Passport. Entries received after the stipulated time will not be eligible for entry in the draw.
** Employees of GNTO/DZT their affiliates, immediate families thereof, as well as employees of GNTO’s advertising agencies are not eligible to participate.
** GNTO reserves the right to extend the promotion period from the stipulated data and time.
** Participants and winners will be expected to provide the Company with such proof of identity, as the Company, in its sole discretion, may require including the passport details.
** This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer

2. Prizes:
Grand prize:
2 Economy class return tickets on any carrier (based on the discretion of GNTO) and a 3 night, 4 days hotel stay in Germany Courtesy GNTO to one person through random contest for all the correct answers of the promotion*.

Disclaimer (Grand prize) :
*Please note the choice of airline and cities for the trip in Germany including accommodation would be at the sole discretion of GNTO.The accommodation cateofory would 3 star plus or 4 star based on availability. The winner can avail the prize upto six months from the date the winner is declared.

Hotel package T&C:
1.) Not valid during trade fairs and special events
2.) The hotel package is only Valid for a period six months since the time of announcement
3.) Hotel overnights cannot be exchanged or transferred
4.) Hotel Package includes only overnight including breakfast and Berlin Welcome card
5.) This package cannot be clubbed with any other promotions

Other Prizes:
** Prizes are non-transferable & no cash alternatives will be permitted. Winners must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these official rules and winning are contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements and the winner must accept the Prize as is.
** All prizes not collected after the stipulated date will be forfeited.
** Visuals shown are for illustrative purposes only.
** The winners will be selected by the Company based on maximum likes and shares and content; if the likes then the ultimate decision of the winner would be based on content uploaded which would be reviewed by a panel at GNTO.
** The winner will be liable to bear all applicable taxes (current applicable TDS %)or surcharges that may be levied on the Prize and for any expenses not specified in the description of the prize herein.
** The winner will only be eligible to claim the prize once he/she produces to the Company the physical proof of having deposited the applicable TDS evidenced through an original challan /certificate on the value of the prize
**  Non-compliance with this provision will disqualify the winner from any claims whatsoever for the prize or otherwise.
** By entering the promotion, each of the participants agree to the use, by the Company and its partners , in any manner, for any purpose, at any time and in any medium, their name, photograph and/or likeness, without compensation.

3. General Terms and Conditions:
** By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and that the decisions of the Administrator shall be final.  The promotion Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any winners should any of the promotion rules and regulations are breached. No correspondence shall be entertained.

** GNTO India is not responsible for any actions taken by facebook in regard to the functioning of the application including but not limited to the application experiencing downtime, inability of users to access or play the game, loss of scores , registration or login details.
